This unit has been recently upgraded. We had some maintenance issues that were quickly resolved. The kitchen supplies need some upgrading such as wine glasses and bigger pots for cooking. But those are simply minor and did not take away from the units attractiveness. Would recommend this unit."

"Beach
It was the most relaxing beautiful spot
Quiet peaceful especially when the tiki hut at the hotel next door closed down for renevation
The location is perfect the view is perfect
You can walk to Cologny and shop have dinner
They have made it very safe to walk there
The apartment was lovely clean very well appointed close to the elevator
It’s a gated community so you feel very safe and there is always someone on the premise which is very comforting
We have rented there many times and keep going back"

"It was perfect!
The rental itself was super easy. The people in the office were very nice. The unit was great and nicely appointed. The view was perfect. I would stay at a different place due to the fact we could hear the music all day and late into the night next door. (Don't get me wrong, it was fun, but I do like to actually HEAR the ocean.)"

"Condo with a View!
The location and view from the condo was outstanding! The condo was larger than I expected, which was very nice. It had ample closet space as well as kitchen counter and pantry space. I would recommend replacing the carpet that’s in the bedrooms. It was clean but needs a few updates to make it a 10! I would definitely stay here again."

"Could easily be a five star
This condo was amazing, very clean, lots of extras. Beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing! The only thing keeping us from renting again, was the curtains in the master bedroom are way too thin! With pool lights on all night, wifr had to go sleep in the second bedroom! All it would take to make this condo a 5 star is just putting in some thicker curtains. You do not want to be able to see everything in the room in the middle of the night. "

We stayed at Ocean One, Unit 415. The location and views are spectacular, and we were thrilled with the cleanliness of the unit. The cleaning service for this unit
is to be commended for doing a wonderful job. My only recommendations would be some darkening curtains in the master bedroom, the bathroom vent was not functioning in the master bath, as well as mold around the vents. Would be nice if the owners removed the carpet in the bedrooms."

The property was very clean and was exactly what we were expecting. The distance to the beach could not have been any better. Only wish the pool was heated but I guess we'll just have to come back when it's warmer weather. Local restaurants were wonderful!"

I’ve had back surgery and will be looking into purchasing that mattress. The kitchen and bathrooms could use an upgrade but aren’t bad. Overall very nice. A great view of the ocean, two balconies. The bathrooms are small and outdated. The furniture is also outdated. Also there is noise from local music late into the night if doors are open to catch the ocean sounds and breeze."

The location on Ocean One Villas is perfect. The unit we stayed in needs some serious upgrades. Complaints from others still are there today. Dish washer racks are in poor condition, lower rack will not stay open, the living couch is very uncomfortable,master bedroom drapes need to be upgraded as the afternoon sun really heats the room, and finally the green carpets needs to go. The Holiday Inn next door has outside load music until 10:00 pm . Location of the complex is great. Make improvements and the unit would be great.

"415 needs help
We waited an extra 2 hours to get into the condo due to a busy weekend. Office forgot to call us. We were with our Son just down the hall and no one came or went from 415 while we waited. This condo needs help. The carpet tacks in the threshold from the kitchen to the living/dining room got all of us several times. The dishwasher needs to be replaced. It is all rusted out. The second shower/tub drained very slow."

"Fabulous Favorite on Forest Beach!
Ocean One is our favorite rental property location on Hilton Head. The 415 unit is fabulous for two couples or a family of four. The view is GORGEOUS 4th-fl ocean! Other than lacking nice pots/pans and kitchen appointments, it's well decorated and comfortable. The master bed sleeps nicely. Forget the dishwasher! We chose to hand wash as it left food particles on dishes, it was rusty inside and there were so many prongs missing. We loved the new grills on property, as they give lots of options for cooking. OVER ALL .... LOVELY!"

First I would like to say that we are always very pleased with the service we receive from Seashore Vacations. We have stayed in Unit 415 in the past and feel that it now is in need of an update. The furniture in the living room is very uncomfortable. The dishwasher racks are all rusted and I did not feel comfortable using it. We love the location of Ocean One but will definitely book a different unit through Seashore Vacations next time. We did have a beautiful week in HHI and look forward to seeing you again next year."

Have stayed in this unit several times and have always been very satisfied with the location and the experience. Only area for improvement is that furniture is somewhat dated and older. Beds are a bit high and mattresses could be more comfortable - not a huge problem but could be better. Seashore Vacations professionals are wonderful and always attentive and helpful."

"No internet access
The condo itself was in a perfect location, very comfortable, and for the most part clean. The only problem that we had was lack of internet access in the condo. We called several times to let them know that the internet connection was not working, and they promised that someone would be there to fix it. Unfortunately they never showed up, not that it would make a difference because there was not a modem anywhere in the condo. They gave us a password for another connection somewhere in the condo area, but we could never get to any sites. I lost 10 hours of pay, and 10 hours of PTO due to not being able to get on the internet. I would still rent other condos in the building, but not this particular one. Make sure to check if the condo you are staying in has internet access!"

Absolutely awesome!! Seashore Vacations persons were great, customer service and follow up. They called to let us know we could get in early, which was fabulous. We love the location of Ocean One and unit 415 was just lovely. Couldn't have had better ocean views! Ocean One's maintenance staff for the pool and grounds were immaculate and very professional ... from the security guards to the landscaping crew!! The unit was decorated very nicely and the mattress was great. It had just a couple issues (baths could be updated, shower head in master was just ok), most clocks didn't work (who cares on vacay, right?) ... minor issues. Great place overall!! "

"Great Weeek at the Beach and Pool!
We had a great stay in Ocean One 415. It was neat, clean, nice/tropical décor, and comfortable. The view couldn't be better and the pool was super convenient to keep kids busy. Kitchen was adequate and we cooked in most nights. Dishwasher, carpets, and bathrooms are getting a little old and worn and should probably be updated. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"A SC Paradise
The Ocean One property is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The large pool is sparkling clean, as are the nearby restrooms.
Pool area is furnished with numerous umbrella tables and lounge chairs. Easy access to wide beach.
Unit 415 was the nicest unit we ever stayed in there--beautifully decorated and accessorized throughout! Obvious recent updates; very homey.
Property location is very convenient for walking to stores and restaurants. We simply park our car and relax for the week!"

"Kirby's Stay at Room 415
We have stayed at the same condo several times and have always enjoyed it. It was clean, had a great view, and was excellent, which is why we have stayed there numerous times. Unfortunately, our son had to go into the hospital on Monday and we had to leave on Tuesday to track his condition. Our leaving had nothing to do with the condition of the condo, it was simply a family emergengy."

"Door Issues
The overall experience was quite good. However, the bathrooms were a little bit of a struggle. Because of the way that the doors to the bathrooms open, you had to actually go into the bathroom and stand next to the tub in order to close the door, or sit in a very interesting position on the toilet in order to close the doors. Also, the scree door would not lock, which was a little bit of an uncomfortable situation with a 3 year old and very mobile 8 month old, being able to get out onto the balcony with no supervision. Besdies these two main door issues and small things like paint needing touched up, moldings coming loose etc. our stay was absolutely amazing! The veiw was fantastic, everything was spotless when we got there for check in as well.

"Best Condo, Best Location
This condo is the best location on the island. It is a real pleasure to wake up each morning with such a stunning view of the ocean. The pool is in front of the balcony with shopping and dining at Coligny Plaza just across the street. You couldn't ask for more. The condo is always very clean and the furnishings are very nice. This is my favorite place!!

"Ocean One #415
Leak in bathtub faucet drained to condo below, requiring repairs during our stay. Balcony furniture extremely old and in poor repair (one chair nearly came apart). Needs coffee maker with automatic shutoff. Balcony screen is torn and nearly impossible to move. Furniture and carpet are serviceable, but dated. Front bedroom needs cable TV. We love the location and have been staying in 415 for 7 years, but the unit isn't being maintained properly."

"Condo was not clean or comfortable
We have stayed at Ocean One for years and I must say this condo was the worst as far as the comfort and cleanliness. Did not complain because we did not want cleaning crew in the condo if we weren't there. Also, we feel sure that we left a camera and a Yahtzee game there and obviously it wasn't turned in, as far as we know by the cleaning crew."

The hot water wasn't working correctly. Sometimes the showers had hot water sometimes it was only lukewarm, even when the sink had hot water. Overall though, the view was great! We would rent this unit again."

Our stay was very enjoyable. The area is very conducive to relaxation and not very crowded. We're able to move around Hilton Head very easily. Would suggest new bed clothing. It hasn't changed in 4 years. Will be back next year."
