First, Seashore Vacations were so amazing to work with! Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The location of the unit was fantastic! Loved being on the first floor, so easy to get to the pool and beach. Being able to walk to Coligny Plaza was also a huge bonus. So many great shops and places to eat!
The property was perfect for our family of 4. The updated kitchen was great. Bathrooms could use a little updating but overall were fine.
I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

The rental had everything we needed however it definitely needed updating in both the flooring and furniture and needed to be cleaned better. Outside furniture was dirty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned off in a long time, I realize it's hard with weather but when cleaning the condo for new rental people it should be cleaned. "

"Quick Holiday Trip
Great Condo. We selected our unit last minute and it was parking lot side. We have stayed at the condo complex several stayed times and the location is seconds away from everything. No bikes needed. We will always come back to Ocean One because it is so nice. "

"Ocean One The best place to stay.
Ocean one is an awesome condo to stay when you're visiting Hilton Head Island. Convenient to the beach, bike trails, shops, & you don't feel like you're in the hustle and bustle of things with this complex because of the location of this complex. We like to sit outside & enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast. We were not able to do so with this condo. The furniture and the patio were covered with dirt from the ground landscaping.. Apparently when it rains all the dirt washes up onto the patio which makes it not usable. The management of Seashore's vacation are wonderful to work with. They handled a bathtub drainage issue in an expeditious manner. Also anytime you call them with a question they graciously and pleasantly reply."

"Cleanliness needs improvement
The unit was filthy upon our arrival. We had to clean to make it somewhat enjoyable to stay here. We wiped the kitchen counters down with a white rag and it was disgusting. The floors felt and looked dirty. One tub didn’t drain. The oatio furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all winter. They sent someone out 2 days before we left to fix the tub and clean patio furniture. It was overall an unpleasant experience and we will not be returning to this unit or anything by Seashore Vacations. "

"16 years at Ocean One
We love coming to Ocean One, but the last two years the mattress in the master bedroom have been awful. Plus when the ownership switched it just seems like the unit isn't kept up as well.We really miss all of the extra seating in the unit too. Next year I believe we may have to switch units...and we have been in this one for several years."

I rent three condos each year for my family. This unit is in need of an upgrade. The kitchen I think is original with Formica counters and the same range hood from 30 years ago. We have been staying at Ocean one for over 30 years. Bed in the Master for some reason kicked up allergies in both adults. "

"Great Location
Great vacation spot, however condo is in need of some desperate updating. Was clean and had everything you would need but some appliances and kitchen need as I said updating. This is my third stay in 120, really love the location, just wish they would put some money back into it."

"120 Ocean One
Originally we were to stay in my cousin's condo across the hall, but it was sold on June 9th and the new owner did not honor the existing rentals. Seashore helped us secure the condo across the hall, although it was smaller than we had anticipated (only 2, rather than 3 bedrooms). It was adequate, but definitely is showing it's age. It was relatively clean, although when we went to use the sofa bed for my grandsons, it was filthy---crumbs, candy, etc. They simply slept on the sofas rather than open the sofa up. "

"condo #120 at Ocean One
I love HH and was very glad to be ocean front. Ocean One is a nice place, my complaints on the overall property are pool hours...opening the pool at 10 is way too late and the pool people would vaccum the pool, THEN blow off the deck, so everything on the deck went right back into the pool...NOT a bright idea!! The actual condo, #120, was EXTREMELY OUT OF DATE!!! I am not asking for top of the line, I am just asking for something from this era. The furniture, beds, decorations, carpet, appliances, tv's, EVERYTHING, was so outdated!! My children's beds were so uncomfortable! and I mean they were in terrible condition! The master bed had a pad on it that came only 3/4 the way up. The bedspread was some hotel quality slick, yucky thing. I think we paid WAY to much for a condo like this. I liked the location, but the nasty pool and outdated condo left me with a bad taste, so we won't be back."

This property was ideally located on the ocean. We enjoyed the music from the Tiki Hut next door while poolside. The pool and grounds were very well kept. It was an easy walk to dining and shopping. The unit was comfortable and furnished nicely, but in need of a "move the furniture" type cleaning. Liked the convenience of a first floor unit."

"Needs painted and carpet cleaned/replaced.
This unit was in a very deseprate need of paint, and the carpet needed cleaned or replaced. It seemed dingy. There needed to be more lightening in both the bedrooms, they were dark. They could also have used some 3-way light bulbs, it would have helped.
Also you could use some stools at the counter between the kitchen and eat-in area. The unit was booked and billed as a 6-person unit but there was only (3) three cereal bowls for breakfast in the mornings. Also only one of the large burners on the stove worked, and the other was not level and the pan kept sliding off the burner while I was trying to cook. So I guess that means the owners need to fix the stove. "

We thourghly enjoyed our stay at Ocean One 120. As usual there is a couple items, 1. beds were too high off floor in master and 2nd bedroom, more so in master. 2. Had to clean off patio and patio chairs before we could use. 3. no directions for washer. Otherwise furnishings were top notch !! Liked no-key entry door locks."

"120 Ocean One week of 7/4/18
As is typical our stay at Ocean One was great. This is the first time we stayed at unit 120, wanted to stay on the ground floor because we had 2 youngsters that we didn't want hanging off a balcony. The apartment was in good condition, the kitchen was very nice with newer appliances but there was some food left in the freezer when we arrived and the utensil list was not as extensive as with other units we've stayed in. Rooms were generally clean, and beds were comfortable, although they need swept below. Since the unit faced and was close to the parking lot privacy was limited and we kept the drapes closed and did not use the small porch, which was a major drawback in the morning as we waited for the kids to wake. but the location was very convenient for coming and going to the beach and pool, which is what we were after. Check in and check out were very easy and the people at Seashore were very accommodating. "

"Very damp week in Unit 120
We have always liked Seashore Vacations when we owned our condo. However, the unit we stayed in needs something done to it. The sofas were both wet the whole time there even when we put down towels they became damp eventually. We tried to use the fans, but that didn't help at all. Most of the time everyone sat on the floor, except for my husband, Ron, but I changed towels for him. My I-pad cover became damp as did other things. When I came home our salt shaker that we took was all clogged & the salt sticking together. Our son and daughter-in-law went to a hotel on the last few days we were there. Of course, we love the location, but would recommend that the unit not be rented until the moisture problem is fixed. "

"Ocean's 1 ~ is great...unit 120...NOT
We stayed at Ocean's 1 Unit 120 8/3 ~ 8/10. The management staff went above and beyond. They are very professional and very reliable. However ~ we were promised early check-in but waited in the scorching sun on the beach until 3:45 on Saturday to get into our unit. (lots of our food thawed or was lost) Had we known we never would have driven in on Friday, expecting to be in our unit early. That cost us a night's hotel bill. Unit 120 is all original. After seeing the units that had been updated for the same price we will know better next time. Do NOT rent a first floor unit with an ocean view - you can't see the ocean from the first floor so no point paying for one! Fifty percent of the electric outlets in our condo didn't work...we wondered why our cellphones weren't charging :( The carpet was grimmy and dirty, the washer and dryer are so antiquated we couldn't run them when we were in the condo (they were SO loud). We barely had enough silverware to eat dinner, the toaster didn't work, there were no other usable appliances, and the TV was a 20"? Additionally the is NO grilling at Ocean's 1, the pool closes at ABSOLUTELY 11 p.m. You cannot sit at the pool and eat pizza or any other food and you MUST evacuate the ENTIRE pool deck when the pool closes. And playing in or walking on the grass. We had a fabulous vacation in Hilton Head and I would go back...but not to unit #120. And don't eat at the SEA Lady..eat at the Boathouse instead :) Thank you Seashore Mgmt...you guys were a tremendous help."

"Ocen One in May
This was our fifth trip to Ocean one in the past 10 years, and we have always enjoyed it. This is the first time we had a ground floor unit, which was nice because we didn't have to deal with the stairs or elevator. Issues include little or no cell phone service in the room. We typically had to leave the unit to make or recieve calls. The washing machine was loud, the carpet was worn, and the front door would stick when closing it. You would have to pull hard, or slam the door to shut it. We did have a good time and do plan to go back."

Ocean One's location is wonderful. We have stayed there for several years. This was the first time we stayed in this unit. We enjoyed the unit's first floor location. However, the unit really needed a good spring cleaning. The mattresses need to be replaced as do the linens. We love Ocean One and fully intend to return."
