The sunsets from this 4th floor gem are absolutely gorgeous! Enjoy lake and nature views from this unit. This building is one of the closest to the pools and clubhouse making this location convenient for easy access to the beach and amenities.

Enjoy the completely stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to cook up the day’s catch. Or choose to hit up the many restaurants along A1A and take in the views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

The master suite features a King bed and direct access to the balcony. The master suite also includes an enormous master bath complete with soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"Family Beach Week
We came to cinnamon Beach because my sister has retired in the vicinity. The properties here are very nice and the community is lovely. The biggest issue is the geologic structure known as a "Coquina shelf" which can make going into the ocean kind of like storming the beach is at Normandy. If you want to be body surfing or out in the waves a lot, this is a major problem."

"Needs updating
We enjoyed our stay at cinnamon beach. The condo, 944, is on the lake which makes your stay fun watching the alligators and turtles. There are some positives but more negatives with this condo. We had a few issues with the condo and management was quick to help resolve those.

The owners need to do some major updating and cleaning on this unit. It seems that the condo itself has not had any changes made to it in years. Adding simple things like hooks in the bathrooms for toiletry bags. A table/cubby to put your shoes and beach items on when you walk in. New rug outside at the front door. New dining rug and Rugs in the kitchen. New mattresses. And washer and dishwasher, which both are super loud!!!. Did

"Review of unit #944
We had a great time and really enjoyed the location. The sheets and towels had not been laundered. The washing machine did not work for cold water. It would just trickle water out so it took hours to do a load. I assume this is why the cleaning service never washed the sheets or towels."

"Nice Location - Condo Needs a Deep Clean and Maintenance
We enjoyed the location and the size of the condo, but the condo was in need of a good deep clean and maintenance. Everything in the unit is probably original to when it was built. This unit would not be my first choice when looking for a condo in the area but was suitable for a long weekend. "

"Great family Vacation
We met all of our family at Cinnamon Beach for a long weekend. The unit was just as described and fit our family perfectly. The resort itself was also very nice. It is well maintained, secure and has lots to offer. The beach, pools, walking trails, and all with easy access. We will definitely come back!"

We had a great vacation. The room was a little out dated and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest, but with this being the busy time of year, I didn’t expect perfection. we have stayed at Cinnamon beach many times before but not in this unit. we found light fixtures very dusty and when we moved the ottomans found game pieces indicating the pieces were not moved for vacuming. the kitchen and refrigerator were spotless. This is not really a complaint, just an FYI"

"Great place, could use some attention to details
We have always enjoyed the Cinnamon Beach area, super thankful for the staff. The gate folks were extremely friendly this season, great staff! The place is perfect and the views of the lake great every evening and morning, even a local alligator to view.
Beds were perfect combination for our needs.
The TV remotes didn’t work and the towels were a bit shabby. One little cover off the bolt for the toilet in master bathroom and ceiling fan in living room chain was broke off. Generally they are better maintained than this one was, loved the chars and couch etc, just a bit disappointed in overall details. Shower curtain in spare bath was a bit loose and fell down a couple times.
Kitchen ware was sparse at best."

"Large and beautiful condo
The condo was very large and upon entry appeared clean however the dishes, pots and pans were an unwelcome surprise. When we went to prepare dinner the second evening there we discovered that most of the dishes, pots and pans were filthy and growing God only knows what. Once we cleaned the dishes we enjoyed the stay. There were a few other maintenance issues and the maintenance team came by to try and remediate them, the are very nice. The management company needs to pay closer attention to the condition of lights, outlets and functionality of appliances."

"Family Vacation
Our family vacation was wonderful. This year was the second time our family has rented a condo in Cinnamon Beach and we loved it. The customer service is awesome. We had an issue with the coffee maker, fixed immediately. The AC unit needed freon and management moved my family and I to a different unit.

Thank you for make our vacation great. We will be back next year.

"Fantastic
This place is incredibly spacious, well appointed, and a very lovely rental. The condo is massive, in a lovely secluded community area. The common spaces are beautifully tended, and the common area around both the beachside adult pool, and the main, bigger family pool are great. The pool and hot tub by the ocean were a daily treat for our group. Also, the balcony at the unit was perfect for evening meals and a nice drink and some cards. The community is a little secluded, but it's a short drive from anything you need. "
