"Fantastic Stay
Spacious, comfortable unit - perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. Condo is a corner unit, so has a very large balcony with lots of furniture to enjoy relaxing outside anytime. 4-5 minute walk to both pools, 1-2 minutes to the beach. Heated pool was great for this time of year, very comfortable water for swimming with adjacent kiddie pool and splash pad and hot tub at the lakeside pool. Splash pad and kiddie pool water is not heated, so took a minute or two to get used to, but really not too bad even in February. Beach is pretty rocky in some areas, but enough clear areas for what we needed. Proximity to the beach for walking and playing was otherwise a huge plus. The entire community is very nice and well-maintained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Sunset view at Cinnamon Beach
Beautiful and spacious corner unit with windows on 3 sides making it bright. Bedrooms were comfortable, unit was well equipped. The balcony faces West so nice sunset views. Issue with thermostat was resolved quickly by onsite management which I prefer to some of the other vacation rental sites. Overall very clean, kitchen floor could have used a mop but other than that nothing negative enjoyed our two weeks here and will be back."

"Excellent Family Vacation!
My family and I had a wonderful 5 day stay here, before my twins had to return to school! I've always tried to get a ocean view condo in the past, but there were none this size available, so I settled for this condo, with a lake view. We were more than pleasantly surprised. The condo was extremely spacious and clean. The large deck overlooking the lake was so nice, with an outdoor dining table, two lounging chairs, a full sofa set and sitting chair, large enough for all of us to sit on and enjoy the sunsets, sunrises, and the lake wildlife, namely the soft shell turtles, that were constantly making an appearance. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. The condo was very clean and everything worked properly with no issues at all. My children did not want to leave on the last day and neither did I! They commented that this was their favorite condo out of all that we've stayed at here in the past years. We will definitely be booking this one again in the future if it's available. I'd like to add that the staff/owner/customer service, always got back to me immediately with any questions that I had and were always extremely nice, including the gate guard when we would come and go. "I feel very mislead
The condo itself was great. The beach made the ocean unaccessible. My family was unable to get in the water due to the 50 yards of Coguina on the beach. When we tried to get in, we left the water with scratches and punctures in our feet from the rocks. The condition of the rocks indicates that this has been a long time problem and this WAS NOT disclosed to us. I was going to call the realty and complain, but new they wouldn't help us out either financially or offer a move to a comparable location. We have a pool at home, so we don't go on vacation to hang around a pool. One couple that were vacationing with us actually left early due to the rocks. The price of this vacation dictates a 4 or 5 star experience and this was not it."

"lakeside unit needs updates
We have been to Cinnamon many times and never had to contact maintenance with issues. Maintenance was very professional and responsive in solving our problems. Incidentally we discovered while there we have rented this same property before on our very first stay in 2017. We noticed then the carpet was dirty and worn as well as furniture. It has not been updated. One of the bathrooms had a drain issue and we discovered it had not been cleaned well. We would not rent this unit again. It would not keep us from renting other units at this location as overall we have had great experiences!"

"Beautiful condo in gated resort
Our second visit to Cinnamon Beach condos did not disappoint. Condo is located in a gated resort community with 24-hr guard access. Private beach and pools are beautiful. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, stocked with all the basics we needed with a Publix a mile away. Beach towels were provided too. We noticed a broken shower head and it was fixed immediately. On check out day, our flight was abruptly cancelled and we were rebooked on a much later evening flight. We contacted Crystal at the management office expecting to be told there was nothing that could be done to accommodate a late check out. We were surprised when she rearranged the entire cleaning schedule to accommodate us and allowed us to stay for a few more hours and even apologized for our flight being delayed. (!). We were blown away by Crystal’s great customer service and for all she did to help us end our visit on a positive note. The condo itself is reason enough to visit again but Crystal is the reason we will absolutely return."

"Quiet location for spring break
Very helpful service when I called. The room was bigger than expected and had a few beach items included. Beautiful grounds and location.
The pool rules were incredibly ridiculous. No fun, no splashing and no noise. Our teens were told to not have fun. There was no volleyball,no basketball no tennis or other areas to hang out so the pool or ocean were their only choices. Please, lighten up on your pool rules it was embarrassing that our children kept getting told to quit having fun.

"Cinnamon Beach Way Unit #931
Condo was large and spacious and great proximity to the beach. The two beds in one of the bedrooms both had broken bed frames and my two teenage sons could not sleep in the beds and had to sleep on the couches."

"Great VK spot!
Big spacious condo. The walk to the beach and pool isn’t bad. Be aware the prices at The Grill located at the pool were kinda high. They also add gratuity to your total.
Only real complaint is the rocks/coral on the beach. During high tide they are hidden and don’t really bother you but during low tide it makes it difficult to get in the ocean. "

"Waste of money
While the property was beach side and the overall property looked good, unit in which we stayed was in very condition. all the furniture felt like will come off if used. All the beds had cranking noise which made it nearly impossible to sleep. No one picked up the phones that were given for help."

"Nice place
Very nice condo with lovely view of lake from balcony. Beautiful ocean breezes blow through the palms and a short walk to beach and amenities. Condo has all one would need with the exception of an iron (unless it was well hidden, I looked everywhere). Had no hot water first two days, but when I emailed maintenance after hours their response was very fast, and the guy was great. Came next morning and fixed it. Very apologetic about inconvenience. Garage parking was very convenient."

Very good location. Condo oven doesn't shut properly, Supplies for kitchen lacking; measuring spoons, facility need update.
Maintenance crew get 5 stars for quick response and repairs.
Recommend Cinnamon Beach very much but suggest another unit. "

"Peaceful Holiday Retreat
We have been to Cinnamon Beach several times now but this is the first time in this unit. The unit was clean and neat. There were a few things that made the stay uncomfortable for us. One is the guest bedroom in the front with 2 beds were very uncomfortable. It looks like the beds use to be a bunk bed set that was taken apart. If you have only adults staying this room is not going to be comfortable. The only other issue is that at the pool, it seems that that quiet pool have become very lax. There was a group of adults drinking all day long, getting loud and had their own radio on over the pool music. Also at the pool, there were children in the quiet pool, jumping and horsing around, and finally there were children with floats and diapers and it clearly states in the rules that these are not allowed.
With that said, the unit was great and would refers others to this unit but only if they had kids for that 3rd bedroom. "

"Condo a 10 the beach a 4
Condo was beautiful, clean, the deck was amazing! The condo itself was one of the best we have stayed at. The beach however is more about looking and enjoying the view than playing on. I was pretty disappointed in the beach. Rocks in the water can be seen during low tide. Even though pretty, it is not kid friendly. The sand was more of crushed seashells and would stick to you. Great place for older people not looking for an on the beach vacation. NOt much for teenagers to do. "

"Reeves at Cinnamon Beach
Condo was well decorated, spacious, and only a short walk to the beach. Really enjoyed the two heated swimming pools. Palm Coast is a sleepy destination, not overly commercialized, very nice Florida location to vacation. Highly recommend this unit and location. Ann Gordon made it easy to get gate access parking figured out. I can't thank her enough. "

"not the same as last year
Dear Owner,
I was a bit surprised to compare your 931 with other 2 apartments we rented as well which are 921 and 941.
Here what we did not like:
1) The kitchen has really bad pots and pans. We actually had to go to the wallmart and purchase pots and pans as the current ones are all scratched and old.
2) The master bedroom washroom has 2 issues
a) bathroom door is not locking properly
b) the toilet's handle and inner chain are loose, making the toilet circulation the water 24/7 making it hard to fall asleep
3) The balcony in the living room was missing an panels around the doors, making it look like a construction is in progress
4) the dishwasher had horrible stains inside, thus, leaving us with no choice but hand wash daily
The positive thing is the local site facilities and amenities like swimming pool, hot tubs, ocean, etc.
I am happy that our friends had rented other units as I have recommended this resort to them, and I would be very embarrassed if they had stayed in this unit.
I will be coming back to Cinnamon Beach, but not into the same unit. Too bad that the owner had stopped taking care of this apartment. Everything in this apartment is outdated (1990's) and does need some cosmetic work to get it back to normal "

"Great resort, but not the best condo
This was our 4th year at this resort and this was our least favorite condo. The molding around the sliding patio door was missing, along with the crown molding. We learned after a heavy rain the reason why the molding was off. There was leak coming from the condo above. Maintenance was called and pictures were sent. I guess they fixed it after our stay. One of the chairs on the patio had 2 broken legs. The carpet needs stretching at the living room and master bedroom. They had the pantry door locked, so was not able to put our food in the pantry. The wifi was AWFUL! Whole family was unhappy with this condo. "

"Family Getaway at Cinnamon Beach
Spent a week in Unit 931 with 8 adults and a baby....great location because it was close to the beach and close to the pools. It was very spacious. The MB and bath were huge. It also had a very large balcony with plenty of furniture that overlooked the lake so had a beautiful view. There was ample parking close to the building. We had a great week and loved the condo overall. A few negatives were one of the love seats had a broken leg that had been repaired but broke again during our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked but the cooking knives were dull and one had a broken handle."

"Blanton family Vacation
Our overall stay was great at the condo and area that we stayed. The view from the deck was nice over looking the water. One of the bathrooms shower looked as though had not been cleaned and a bedroom door would not close all the way.With three families staying the door and bathroom situation should have been fixed while we were there. Reported it and just received an email saying that the maintenance, house keeping and management worked together on issues. I wasn't satisfied with just that email. Housekeeper should have been sent to clean the bathroom that wasn't cleaned well. Other than that, our family our family was pleased! "

"Palm Coast Paradise
Unit 931 was a spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath Unit with all the amentities needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. This unit was close to the beach and to the pools. We faced the pond tand thoroughly enjoyed watching the turtles and otters each morning. We love Palm Coast but our experience is made better by using Cinnamon Beach Vacations. "

"Beautiful Condo at Cinnamon Beach
My family and I had a wonderful time. We had a total of 3 condos and they were all very clean with everything we needed for our stay. The view of the lake was beautiful and very relaxing. We had a very good time at the beach and also the pools. The Staff at the pool was excellent especially our waitress Michelle. I Would highly recommend Cinnamon Beach to other family members and friends."

"Great getaway
Cinnamon Beach is ideal for my getaway month from our cold, dreary winter in Rochester. The condos are exceptionally spacious with plenty of space for visitors. This year we were on the pond rather than the ocean and we loved it, enjoying the afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets sitting on the balcony. There were a few things that needed attention when we got there.The property management team was super responsive, correcting everything. "

"#931 @ 1000 Cinnamon Beach Way
Condo was very large and roomy. Close to the pool and walkway to the beach. Quiet location on the lake. Upon arrival at the unit my daughter had to remove multiple insects from 4 of the window sills and the light fixture over the dining room table was covered in cob webs. Unit was a NO SMOKING and there was cigarette butts on the porch. Did not have enough dishes, cooking utensils or cookware for the stay. White towels in the unit needed to be bleached. Disturbed that instructions state upon leaving the unit that you remove the sheets and leave the spread and blankets. Appears that the spreads are not cleaned on a regular basis."

"SOME PROS AND CONS
uNIT 931 is the fifth Unit we have stayed in at Cinnamon Beach over the past 5 years.
It is the LARGEST one so far......3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
We rented through Cinnamon Beach Vacations. (In previous years we have rented through Vacation Rental Pros but were able to get this LARGER Unit at a much better rate through Cinnamon Beach Vacations than we would have paid for a SMALLER 3 bedroom, TWO bathroom Unit through Vacation Rental Pros.)
PROS and CONS of Unit 931:
PROS - L A R G E unit.......3 bathrooms........huge balcony.......obliging Owner who allowed us to bring our small (15lb) non-shedding dog if we paid a $250 non-refundable Cleaning Deposit. FREE LONG DISTANCE phone calls to anywhere in USA or CANADA.........FREE HI-SPEED INTERNET. Crystal, the Property Manager was a pleasure to deal with and VERY helpful.
CONS - some what sparsely decorated (as opposed to other Units we have rented)........needs a paint job inside..........there splotches of primer paint all over the walls throughout the Unit as if someone had started to paint some time in the past but never got around to finishing the job.........bedding and draperies need replacing.......carpet needs a good cleaning........clothes dryer sounds like it is 'on its last legs'. Patio Furniture on Balcony starting to deteriorate........could use a larger flat-screen HDTV in Living Room.......much of the Unit is dark to the extent that we had to leave lights on all day. "

"I wish I never had to leave
We spent a week here and it was fantastic. The proximity to the beach was awesome, and the pool was perfect for the kids. We had to stay two nights in Orlando after we left you're place. I literally burst into tears when we opened the door to our new hotel room. It was so dark and dingy and depressing. Out entire family already plans to cine back in another year or two. Thank you so much for an unforgettable vacation. "
