Saltaire is a beautiful Victorian Mansion Estate / Elevator, sleeps 16. Outdoor Bar, Big Gas Grill, Private Pool, Hot Tub, Putting Green & Playground. Built a few years ago to look and feel just like a true Carolina Classic. 6 master suites, 7206 SF, English Style Bar Room, Extra Large Living Room, Dining Room, Gourmet Kitchen / 3 full size refrigerators & Commercial gas stove. Two Huge Game Rooms. One with a big theater screen, full size Pool table, Foose ball, TX Hold’em Poker table, Bar, Shuffle Board, Air Hokey & Ping Pong Table.
We have a Friday to Friday change over day in prime season to save you 5+ hours in weekend traffic. October to April we have flexible dates or monthly rentals.

Sunnybank is located Oceanfront, 2 miles into the 4 wheel drive area Wild Horse preserve located in Corolla. Sunnybank has a Thursday to Thursday change over day in Prime season. Sea Forever is 10 house before Sunnybank with a Wed. to Wed. change over day. But homes are on over 3 acres oceanfront.
Our beach does not require leashes on well behaved dogs like our Portuguese Water Dogs.
Both Sunnybank, our oceanfront Victorian estate, and Saltaire have the month of Oct. open if you are looking for a monthly rental for the best month of the year in the beautiful Outer Banks of NC.
The Ocean is at the end of our street with no roads to cross & it's own private access making it easy to take our coolers, surf & boogie boards, kayak, umbrellas & beach chairs to the beach with you that we provide.
The large trees and superb professional landscaping makes you feel as if your destination a secluded country estate. There is a Playground for the kids and Putting Green for the golfers.
Relax poolside or sit in the built in pool Jacuzzi to babysit the kids. Rainy spring day melt away in the large hot tub inside the poolside gazebo. Enjoy refreshing beverages at the outdoor bar /mini kitchen. A Large Gas Grill is located right next to the bar area. Meander in the gardens and relish an old fashion game of croquet or badminton. Play an exciting game of chess or checkers on the exceptionally large old fashion covered porch.
Our Friday-to-Friday change over week during prime season saves you 5 hours in traffic. The entire island (500,000+) turns over on Sat & Sun. Off-season we are flexible on change over dates.
The first floor includes a formal Dining Room with full length of the room banquet server.
A manly Man’s Pub Room. Decorated in dark wood paneling & fine leather furniture that offers a home theater system, fireplace and large custom-built bar, discretionary poker game & half bath.
Gourmet Kitchen with three stainless steel refrigerators, gourmet gas range/1 gas oven & 1 electric oven, 6 burners and grill along with other amenities. Perfect for fixing up a gourmet meal. Several coffee pots, micro, large toaster oven and everything else you imagine.
Incorporated into the spacious Living Room is a special round room with the Historic grand piano that Liberace played on. Sip champagne while relaxing in front of your second cozy fireplace during winter months.
Two sets of Stained Glass French doors open to a view of the property’s landscaped gardens. Enjoy your cool shaded large wrap around covered porch & outdoor wet bar any time of the year. A half bathroom is located poolside along with an outdoor shower. Want even more places to relax, just take a few steps down to the large pool with a decked courtyard, umbrella outdoor dining & lounge chairs. Swimming season is prolonged if you choose the heated pool option.
The third floor boasts five elegant Guest Suites will full baths & all are decorated with fine antique touches. The rooms are spacious and comfortable so that guests may settle in for a week with the feeling of warmth & luxury. The largest suite has a king bed, sitting area, crib and changing table. 3 other master bedrooms have a Queen size beds. A 5th bedroom has a queen and 2 twins and sleeps 4.
The bottom floor features a Theater Room with a 72* television with theater system that is perfect for watching the big game.
In addition this huge Family Room offers a fourth full size refrigerator, third wet bar full size pool table, large Texas Holdem’ poker table for 10, foosball table, shuffle board table. Adjoining area has a ping pong table and air hokey games. It can easily keep all your friends and relatives happy at the same time.
A spacious 6th Bedroom Suite sleeps 6 with a queen bed and 2 twin day beds, large bathroom with a super giant Jacuzzi tub & large steam shower.
Laundry facilities are available on this level, as is garage access so that handicapped guests may access the elevator that services all three levels of the house.

Location, location, location, Duck is the best village in the Outer Banks and the Saltaire is in the heart of it. We are only a few miles away from several of the most famous historical sites in the Outer Banks. Along with other great attractions.
WHALEHEAD CLUB: Completed in 1925, the sprawling lemon yellow Whalehead in Historic Corolla has served a number of purposes during its decades of operation, including housing a private school for boys and acting as a rocket fuel-testing base. Today, the Whalehead in Historic Corolla is one of Corolla's best attractions, offering seasonal guided tours, 39 acres of picturesque landscape for picnic baskets, and special facilities for weddings and special events. Seasonally, you'll find a number of the area's best events on the premises, like the weekly Wednesday wine festival, where visitors are encouraged to sample North Carolina's best wines and local foods while listening to a little live outdoor music.
COROLLA LIGHTHOUSE: Vacationers with stamina are welcome to trek up the 214 steps to the top of the Currituck Beach Lighthouse for unparalleled 360 degree views of the Outer Banks. The historic and distinctive red lighthouse is open seasonally to visitors from 9a.m. to 5p.m., and the wooded grounds, which include the original light keepers home, is idyllic for a bike ride or a stroll through the live oaks. As one of the last testaments to Corolla's early roots as a local seaside community and guardian for sailors travelling past the Outer Banks, the lighthouse is a must on every visitor's list.
CENTER FOR WILDLIFE EDUCATION: Located in Historic Corolla Park, the center is an impressive and marvelous 22,000 square foot interpretive center for young and old alike to explore the history and vast diversity of North Carolina's wildlife. One of the key displays is a massive living aquatic ephemera of fish, native to the region, housed in an 8,000 gallon aquarium where families can get up close and personal with a rich variety of finned swimmers. "You have to remember we have a variety of marine eco-systems here. The ocean, the sound and an estuary so it is pretty diverse.
Currituck Banks Coastal Estuarine Reserve: Located on the borders of Corolla and the 4WD accessible areas of Carova, the Currituck Banks Coastal Estuarine Reserve is 965 acres of natural maritime habitat. Visitors are free to explore the nature trails that wind through the area for some of the Northern Outer Banks' best fishing, hunting, birding, hiking, photo ops, and wild discoveries of how all of the barrier islands of the Outer Banks used to be decades and even centuries ago. Parking area on your right when you come off the beach from Sunnybank.

Timbuck II is a Corolla shopping destination featuring a wide variety of retail and restaurant experiences. Visitors will wander through a massive complex featuring over 60 venues ranging from art galleries and clothing stores to gift shops, realty companies and a video rental shop.
It is important to remember that the Wild Colonial Spanish Mustangs are, in fact, wild. Do not approach within 50 feet of the horses, or feed them. Wild horses cannot digest fruits and vegetables like domesticated breeds. Close interaction is dangerous to both humans and horses.
