While we've stayed in the Coligny area many times, this was our first time at Sea Crest. We found it to be delightful. The location cannot be beat... it's an easy walk to numerous restaurants and shops. And Pool Bar Jim's onsite was nice for beach eats and drinks."

I loved that pool bar Jim’s was right there where we could get drinks and food and all of their staff was amazing. Love that we was just across the street from shops, food and entertainment. Because we arrived on a Sunday and the office was closed, they left all instructions inside a unit and texted us the code when the unit was ready. They gave us a number for transporation to the airport and he was wonderful and very reasonable. the unit was more than we could of asked for ..Clean, plenty of towels. Great unit."

"Wouldn’t Recommend
For the first 24 hours we had no AC. Each time we had to reach out communication on our own to find out what was going on with the repair. We were offered no apology, no compensation for the mishap. Things go wrong that’s understandable, but how they’re handled is what matters. The unit also needed several appliance/shower upgrades. They were very dated. Most of the outlets only had 1 working plug which was difficult when trying to charge multiple things at night. The resort itself was great and would stay there again, just not in this unit. "

"Hilton Head vacation
The condo was very sufficient. Furniture was great but there is very low lighting in the living room. No light to read by except dining room or kitchen overheads. Kitchen was lacking in smaller glasses, the cookie sheet was too dirty to use, no spatula at all, stove small burners were crooked. Overall, it was a very good experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

Would highly recommend -its resort like with easy beach access and two beautiful pools. Also had access to beach chairs and bike rentals. The room overall was great. Plenty of room, efficient kitchen/supplies/gadgets. Beds were overall pretty comfortable as well. There’s books and magazines if you like to read. Plenty of options on the tv. Only a couple minutes from the room to the pool area. My only complaint is that when we arrived, the shower off the king room was not clean. There was hair on the wall of the shower and there is mold all along the cracks & crevices. "

Location is excellent but unit 2110 needs to be updated in so many ways-the unit was smelly, the washer made squeaky noises so loud, smoke detectors kept beeping, under sink cabinets were dirty, needs new dish towels in kitchen, they were so old. "Great place but could use some updates
This property is in a wonderful location! Super convenient being able to walk to the pool, beach, grocery store, shops, restaurants etc.
The only complaint we had was the condo itself does need a bit of sprucing up. It is a bit dated which is fine however, the bath mats in both bathrooms were quite worn and even stained. The rug in the entry way was also very worn out and curled up where we would trip over the corner when walking in. It would cost very little to have clean updated throw rugs throughout and it would definitely improve the appearance/experience. The kitchen only had one towel and one wash cloth and ZERO pot holders. We make several meals for breakfast and lunch in the condo so it would have been nice to have more than one towel and pot holders... we cooked pizzas and had to use the towel as a pot holder. And like the rugs, the towel and dish cloth were super worn out. There were several throw pillows in the condo, some on couches and some in closets. All of these were stained and or damaged in some way (small holes etc). Again, updated pillows without holes or stains would go a long way to make things feel clean and look nice. We were in need of an extra blanket for one of our children, there are ZERO extra blankets or sheets in the condo at all. We ended up using a beach blanket that we brought. There are not even blankets on the beds, just a sheet and comforter... and most people do NOT want to use the comforter on the beds of a rental. If one of our children would have had an accident or a spill of some sort, we would have been out of luck to offer a new clean sheet/blanket. While I do realize there is a washer and dryer in the condo (which I love and we definitely used!)... this is not helpful when you need an extra blanket or sheet in the middle of the night. The condo overall was pretty clean but there were spots of black mold in the corners of the shower and the floors along the baseboards in the bathroom could use a good s"

"Amazing location!
Convenient walk to everything in the Coligny area. The only issue with the room was the bed in the master room was not very comfortable. They replaced both mattresses in the guest room with new mattresses while we were there but not for the master bedroom. But overall it was a really good place to stay."

"Beautiful place!
The Villa was beautiful and in a perfect location. No need to drive anywhere. Our rental company was amazing. Very accommodating and were quick to respond to any questions. Unfortunately we discovered that one of the a/c units wasn’t working. When I contacted the rental company about it, they came out right away. The also kept us in the loop regarding repairs which was so nice to have that line of communication. They even gave us a partial refund due to the inconvenience. (I didn’t ask for one as it wasn’t their fault but they were respectful and provided one due to the unit not being as it should be). I would definitely rent this Villa and through this company again. Both are amazing! "

The beds in bedroom B are undersized and unfit for adults to sleep on. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the beds in there. I let my parents have "A" and my girlfriend and I took "B". My feet mung off the bed and you could feel every movement the other made in the bed. Lot's of Advil for the back pain. "

Vacation was awesome as usual in Hilton Head. This unit is very nice. The new carpet is great. The only complaint is that the bathrooms are very aged. They need updated. The toilets are old and so short that they are unsafe. They need replaced with tall, elongated toilets. It would be nice if there were more bowls, plates, etc. in kitchen. Would rent again if toilets are updated."

"No Sleep
I love the Seacrest and have stayed here many times and have stayed in this condo before. I was excited when I first saw the renovations that were done to this condo since my last visit - new carpet, paint, sofa, etc. But that excitement turned to disappointment when I noticed that the mattresses were not replaced. The mattresses are old, soft, and provide no support. It's hard to enjoy your vacation when you can't get a good night's sleep and you wake up after a fitful night with a backache. The pillows aren't any better. Both the mattresses and pillows need to be replaced."

"HH went down in class. Love the location
We’ve been to HH every year for almost 9 years. The property was very nice. We experienced something on the beach in front of the property that left us with a very bad taste for the first time in HH. We were in front of the property on the beach where a large group of people started to fight. The lifeguard was engaged by other people who were watching including myself. The lifeguard stated that the sheriff is coming but no one show up. We stayed there for hours since I like to fish at night with my boys. The people who were fighting they left at one point but they did showed up the next day on the same formation. We were discussing with other people on the beach and realized that the lifeguard was lying not to create any bad publicity to the property we believed. The people who were fighting were staying on the same property since we saw them by the pool as week. Very disappointed by the class of people and that no action was taken. "

"Not what I expected
When we first entered condo Coffee all over the front door. Sea Crest staff was there replacing a filter.I showed it to him He wiped it off and said that,s not bad looks like coffee. I asked if bedsrpeadshad been washed he said no. Beds were wrinkled and did not smell fesh. I never call office after that. I found drink stains and dirt on couch. I cleaned it. sinks faucets and all appliance not clean. Towels very worn and grey. Asked this unit was a great disappointment. would not recommend renting it. Wish I would have stayed at the Hilton."

What a fantastic vacation! The Sea Crest is the perfect location for anything and everything. We only used our car 2 times during our stay because Coligny Plaza was just across the street...groceries, shops, ice cream, and restaurants. Seashore Vacations was phenomenal...excellent customer service, friendly, efficient, accommodating. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and they sent maintenance right over to repair it.
We will definitely stay at SeaCrest again but will choose a different condo. #2110 needs some painting and updating. "

Rental was perfect. Exactly what we expected. Love the new refrigerator and carpeting. We all had plenty of space. However the property manager and security bothered us all week. Even if we had the paper wristband showing they would still be bothering us. The wristbands are a hassle and constantly rip. Whether we were at the pool or at our bikes, security was bothering us and a real pain."

"Pleasant, Relaxing Vacation
We had a fantastic week at Sea Crest! We traveled with our two children and my grandparents. The condo was spread out enough that we weren’t on top of each other the whole time. The location is fantastic, as we took nightly walks through Coligny Plaza and let our 3 year old play on the “Pirate Playground.” We did t spend much time on the beach, it was very hot while we were there. Would love to return in cooler months to allow our kids more playtime at the beach! "

We spent a week in Hilton Head enjoying the beach, kayaking, restaurants, and the eclipse. The furnishings in the condo are a bit dated, but it was mostly clean (one shower, not so much) and comfortable. And the location could not be beat! Loved Pool Bar Jim's and the amazing beach. Pretty hot in August, but I would recommend this rental if you're visiting Hilton Head. Walking to Frosty Frog's was key! The pictures were very accurate, too."

"The location overshadows the uncleanliness and outdated unit
We have stayed at Sea Crest properties before, and are generally pleased with the experience. This particular unit in which we stayed was, for the most part, very disappointing. Upon entering the unit, we were excited but that quickly dissipated after realizing how unkempt the unit was.
After settling in, my wife disinfected the entire unit - it was VERY dirty. She literally cleaned the entire place - bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen - because it was disgusting. Additionally, it was very damaged and outdated. Did we make do? Yes - we're on vacation, but would we stay here again? No."

The location is right on the beach and next to Coligny Plaza which has restaurants and shops and a grocery store...great location! The condo is not well maintained. It definitely needs updated, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The condo itself was dirty and there were areas in the kitchen that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The family room sofa was comfortable, as were the beds. The "balcony" has two worn, plastic chairs and really not enough room for anything more than that. The management company agent got very snippy with me, although I realize that we had unusual circumstances and I was frustrated, but there was no reason for his rudeness. And the condo still uses a key, not a keypad, which is a real inconvenience. "

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Seacrest. We did have a few problems with our washer but it was quickly replaced. The only suggestion that I would propose is to install a keypad to the condo door. Having to carry a key (only given 2) with 8 people was difficult. Most have keypads and I hope you consider installing one as well. "

"Wonderful first visit to Hilton Head Island
We booked a last minute condo At Sea Crest in Hilton Head Island. The Sea Crest 2110 condo is Ocean Front but set back in the complex. You have a nice view of the tropical plants and ponds and it is a very short walk to the beach. 2110 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath and was fully equipped, very clean and nicely decorated. We had a minor issue with one of the bathrooms, but I'm sure it will be repaired in short order. You are close to the elevator and stairs and right across the street from Coligny Plaza that has everything you need for your stay Grocery ,restaurants and Shops. The beach was beautiful and everything was as was described to us . We definitely rent again if the deal is right. "

"Great Family Get Away!
We visited Hilton Head for the first time with our kids (Age 5 and 2) for the first time this year and we couldn't have selected a better place to stay. The Sea Crest condo was in a great location, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, parks, etc. The pools were great; clean, not crowded and family friendly. There was also a great poolside bar/grille that served great adult beverages and delicious food:) The beach was a short walk down from the pool area and we enjoyed being able to hop from the pool to the beach in minutes with the kids! Other Hilton Head attractions were also within a short walk/drive. When we come back, we hope to stay at Sea Crest again:)"

"Sea Crest 2110 Review
The property description is pretty accurate with regard to location and amenities. The complex is a short walk to stores and restaurant, night-life and bike rentals. The complex itself is nicely arranged for direct access to the beach (it is beach-front). There are two large pools and a kiddee (very shallow) wading pool.
The apartment itself has the necessary basic equipment for meals and cooking. Furnishings in the bedrooms are comfortable; the king bed in the master offers firm support. However, the living room furniture is worn out and saggy so if you want comfortable long-term sitting this may be a disappointment. Carpet in the living room is quite dirty which spoils the appearance of the room. Also there is very sparse lighting in the room so reading in the evening is very difficult. Cleaning is spotty, there was mold in the shower stall in the master, and a dirty sock was left in the closet apparently from a previous renter. The apartment has a washer and dryer, very convenient but the dryer takes hours to dry a normal load (I suspect the vent is totally clogged with lint). Lastly, the A/C filters were dirty so there was a slight odor of mold during our stay. "

"Great week at the Sea Crest
We stayed at the Sea Crest the week before Memorial Day and it was perfect. The weather was great, it wasn't very crowded, and our kids (6 and 4) met plenty of friends to swim with at the pool. Our 1st floor unit was so convenient to the pool and walking to Coligny, and it was nice that the workout room and indoor hot tub were right across the hall. The unit was very spacious and we felt like we could hang out in the family room after the kids went to sleep in the 2nd bedroom and not wake them up because the rooms were spread out nicely. I'm already looking into returning!!"

Great vacation experience all around! Location absolutely cannot be beat! Close to beach, pools, shopping, restaurants, etc. our unit was very spacious, with everything one would want. Clean and comfy too. Reservations, check-in/out were super easy. Staff was friendly & helpful. One small maintenance item was quickly attended to (on Friday evening!). Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend it!"

"nicely appointed, but could definitely improve some things...
We were satisfied w/ the communication and professionalism of staff at Seashore Vacations Inc. The room for improvement was in maintenance and cleanliness of the condo. I had to clean the tubs and shower stalls (especially the floors) before I'd allow my family to use them. They were still obviously dirty even though they'd just cleaned the condo. The water that was rinsing down the drains while i scrubbed them was obviously dirty so it wasn't a figment of my imagination. The other issue my husband and I had was the date of the filters in the vents above the laundry area and the HVAC filters. The filters were 1 and 3-month filters. But based on the dates of the filters, they'd been used for 10 and 14 months, respectively. Gross. They were filthy. Clearly the standard maintenance of this property is lacking in that area. Which I would think is actually a health hazard if you have significant allergies. It was a true disappointment to see those filters and the bathrooms because, other than those two things, our stay was pleasant and the condo decently appointed w/ furniture and kitchen supplies."

"A Great Location
The Seacrest is the best place to stay on Hilton Head. Located right on the beach and directly across the street from Coligny Plaza, it is a great place to stay. This is our sixth time there and we haven't seen another condo complex that matches it."

"Good Stay at Seacrest
In our first stay at Seacrest we had an overall good experience. Unit was clean and up to date. One disappointment was the size of the balcony that allowed only two people to sit on comfortably. But that is nothing that can be remedied. We would rent it again. "

Second year in a row we've stayed at Seacrest. Love it! Only complaints are the main hallway outside of master bedroom was a little noisy & the weather could have been a little nicer, maybe next year. We will be back!"

"Excellent location, Excellent vacation!!
Check in was the easiest fastest I have ever had. Property locale is perfect. Layout of condo and complex amenities were great. Condo could be updated a little, new dryer, more kitchen stuff especially cups, linens left little to be desired and carpet should be replaced with tile or wood. But will be back for sure!"

"Great stay
We had an overall great stay at 2110 Seacrest. The property was in a great location and the building was nice. I imagine it gets crowded in that area in the summer but in March it was really convenient. Having an elevator was very convenient and you could not hear the cars even though the parking lot was right beneath you. The bathrooms and kitchen were not very clean upon checkin. That would my biggest and really only complaint."

Picked up package for unit 2110 from lock box 6:15 pm. Keys did not work; were for unit 2204. Called two #'s listed & left msg. Maintenance personnel brought keys to us & went to condo to make sure it was the right set. Check in was not at all pleasant. Everything else was fantastic."

Unit was not cleaned well - sand and gooy places on dining table, sticky spots on arms of couches, dirty spots on bathroom floors. Unit had a very bad paint job. Dryer took 2 1/2 hrs to dry a load of laundry. Did not care for layout - Master bedroom had no outside window. Inside courtyard was freezing. Unit seemed damp."

"Not sure I would rent again.
The one bed had dirty, wrinkled sheets and a blanket folded up under the comforter. Could not sleep in it 1st night. Also, one of the shower stalls had mold around the bottom. It was handled the next day but it makes me wonder what else we didn't notice that wasn't clean."

"3 ladies and a week in Hilton Head
Enjoyed our stay but the unit could have been much cleaner especially the bathrooms. Also, the ceiling fan in the living room did not work. Could not even find a switch to turn it on. There were 3 adults and it worked out fine but the patio, where we spend a lot of time, was way to small.

Great unit...we called to have a few things fixed. They came to see what they were and said parts were to be ordered which was fine. However it wasn't done the entire week. A note on the unit to notify us that it wouldn't be corrected during our stay would have been nice."

"HHI - July 2012
We had a wonderful week in HH. The check-in was very easy and quick. The unit was exactly as described. There really isn't an ocean view since the unit is on the first floor (but we knew this when we rented the unit). The courtyard view is beautiful. Even though the unit is right above the parking deck, you don't hear noise from the cars. We would rent this unit again!"
