Kindly note that the rental fee will vary based on the number of bedrooms needed which is determined by the number of guests staying in the villa/condo.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Payment - We require a 25% deposit of the total rental amount in order to confirm the reservation. The balance is due at least 60 days prior to arrival date from April 15 - December 14 and 90 days prior to arrival date from December 15 - April 14.
A 5% service charge will be added to all credit card charges made by Island Properties.
Payment Methods: Wire Transfer, Check, Certified banker's check are also accepted. Please note that an additional US$ 25.00 has to be added when sending a wire transfer and that checks are not available for last minute reservations (arrival date within 30 days).
April 15 - December 14
Cancellation received more than 60 days prior to arrival date, the 25% deposit wil be refunded less a 15% service fee assessed against the refund value. If cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival date or less, 100% of the rental price will be forfeited.
When a reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival or less, refunds for villas will only be granted if the villa is re-booked for the period of the booking. If a portion of the rental time is re-booked, then a pro-rated refund will be made.
December 15 - April 14
Cancellation received more than 90 days prior to arrival date, the 25% deposit wil be refunded less a 15% service fee assessed against the refund value. If cancellation is received 90 - 61 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the rental price will be forfeited. If cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival date or less, 100% of the rental price will be forfeited.
When a reservation is canceled 90 days prior to arrival or less, refunds for villas will only be granted if the villa is re-booked for the period of the booking. If a portion of the rental time is re-booked, then a pro-rated refund will be made.
DURING CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR'S AND HOLIDAY WEEKS, A 50% DEPOSIT OF THE TOTAL RENTAL AMOUNT IS DUE. THE BALANCE IS DUE 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. ANY RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED WITHIN 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RESERVATION. ALL HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Any refund approved, will be subject to a 15% service fee assessed against the refund value.
A cancellation request or any changes to your reservation must be submitted in writing.
