A luxury jungle retreat

The property is situated in Cocles, a breathtaking 4 hour drive from San Jose through Braulio Carrillo National Park.

The villa is built in rare exotic wood and set in a luxurious 3 hectares landscaped tropical garden where we can watch butterflies, many different birds such as toucans, humming birds , parrots , sloths and howler monkeys. The property is five minutes car ride from pristine undeveloped tropical coastlines . The nature surrounding the villa assures absolute privacy and tranquillity.

Amenities

It is organised in 3 separate compounds, attached by covered crosswalks. There are 4 bedrooms available for rental situated in the same 170 sq. meters compound. The villa sleeps 8 adults and 4 children over 6 years of age.

The vast living-room opening on a large furnished terrace ,dining room (sitting up to 15),fully equipped with modern appliances kitchen, pantry room equipped with 2 refrigerators, 1 deep freeze,dish washer,guest restroom and large surrounding porches with hammocks are all located in the main 250 sq. meters compound.

Cable T.V., telephone.

All rooms have king size beds with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets,ceiling fans, large closets and beautiful tiled bathrooms, terrace .Two of the bedrooms have a mezzanine with 2 single beds.

The pool area is situated slightly remote from the house in a beautiful jungle setting , it comprises a covered BBQ area, and the pool (15 X 6 M) , surrounded by a 100 sq meters wooden deck and outside shower.

Stables are in the property and have 4 horses available to ride.

Bicycles are also available.

The house is fully staffed: house keeper, live-in gardener/care taker, cook upon request.

Food delivery available.

The surrounding area offers you restaurants, night clubs,shopping for handcrafted gifts, quad rentals, canopy tours, boat trips to watch dolphins or visit the nearby Bocas del Toro islands of Panama, sea kayaking, snorkeling,scuba diving, butterfly garden, rainforest hiking with experienced jungle guides, therapeutic massages.Experienced surfers can challenge world famous Salsa Brava, other less daring surfers can find calmer waters along nearby beaches. Lessons from the local surfing crowd are available.Deep sea fishing for kingfish, tarpon,snook,wahoo and mackerel is available by appointment. Scuba diving, snorkelling and surfing equipment can be rented in town.

Car rental of a 4WD is suggested at the airport, with driver to conduct you to the house upon request. Airport in Puerto Limon for private planes or chartered ones through Nature Air.

Policies

Rental rate is based on 7 nights, 12 guests, including daily maid service, laundry service, pool maintenance. It does not include telephone, food and beverages.

Deposits
50% of rental rate on confirmation of reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. A security / damage deposit of 1000$ is requested on arrival.

Refunds
Refund 50% of deposit rental rate upon cancellation 60 days prior to reservation date. Less than 60 days cancellation refund will depend on ability to re-rent your reserved dates. Refund of deposit damage guaranty on departure.

NOTE
The property is not available the whole month of August. All rentals are subject to approval by owner.
