This spacious three bedroom, three bath villa sits high on a hill
overlooking the blue Caribbean sea. Located in Pelican Key Estates,
Aqua Breeze is convenient to beaches, restaurants, shopping
and nightlife.

As you enter the large living and dining area you are greeted by views
of the sea through sliding glass doors that open to the pool area. The
living area has high cathedral ceilings and is furnished with rattan and
teak. The dining area boasts a large circular teak table with seating for
six imported from Indonesia. There is a breakfast bar adjacent to the
open concept kitchen which has wooden cabinetry accented with deep
blue tiles on the counter tops as well as new appliances.

On opposite sides of the living and dining areas are two of the three
bedrooms. Each has a private, colorfully tiled bathroom with shower.
Both bedrooms also open out to the pool deck through sliding glass
doors. The third bedroom is an outdoor entry bedroom from the pool
deck and also has a private bath.

An outdoor covered dining area is adjoined by a wet bar with its
own sink and mini-fridge, convenient for cocktails poolside. Teak
lounge chairs with colorful cushions surround the ample size pool
and make for relaxing spots to sunbathe or enjoy the beautiful
sunsets in the evening.
