Natal, the City of the Sun (more then 3000 sun hours a year), is a major tourist destination in Brazil.
This luxurious villa is situated between Parambuzios and buzios beach (20 min from Natal, and airport), with great views of the Atlantic Ocean, offering cooling sea breezes.
You think it looks big in the pictures, well in real life it looks even bigger. The house is brand new and offers an amazing modern architecture, light years ahead of anything else in this part of Brazil and high above Brazilian standards.

The beach in front of the house is a mekka for kiteboarders.  There is also kiteboardschool.

One km down the beach is a secret surf spot for experienced surfers. Anywhere else is perfect for the less experienced surfers.

House:
This is a 3500 square foot villa with a 4000 square foot garden
The Villa is a 5 bedroom house
Maximum of 12 guests: sleeps 8 adults, 4 children or 10 adults.

Downstairs:
Suite 1, King Size double bed, bathroom with whirlpool, walk-in closet and big sliding window with direct access to the garden.
Suite 2, Queen Size double bed, bathroom with Shower, walk-in closet and big sliding window with direct access to the garden.

Upstairs:
Room 3, with king size double bed.
Room 4, with 2 separate adult beds
Room 5, with 2 separate beds, underneath both bed have an extra bed that you can slide out. This is a perfect room for the kids.

4 rooms have air-conditioning. Rooms are all situated on the west side of the house which make them fresh in the mornings. All rooms have hardwood floors.

Living room of 500sq ft, 23ft high make this an amazing area.
Instead of having a small TV it has a beamer making use of the enormous space with great surround sound, satellite with Brazilian and English speaking movie (15, HBO, Warner, Sony...) channels as well as all the normal channels. Making this a real theater experience.
DVD player and DVDs available as well as Stereo, cd player.
The whole living room is furnished with the best Brazilian design furniture.
Dining room table seats 10 guests.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything that is needed, stove, oven, micro-wave, coffee-machine, toaster and water-cooler.
Fridge will be filled with all basic necessities (for breakfast), and will be refilled weekly.
Bar is also filled with some alcoholic drinks, such as Rum, Cachaca (Brazil’s most famous alcohol, used in cocktails such as Caipirinha), Vodka, whiskey and will be refilled every week of stay.

55ft long Bean shaped Swimming pool with a whirlpool for +10 people overflowing into the pool.
Huge 110m 1 floor balcony with an amazing view of the beach.

Maid: who will do cleaning of the house and provide a lovely breakfast every morning, as well as take care of any laundry you might have.
Gardener/caretaker: who makes sure the garden, swimming pool and all other technical stuff is functioning perfectly
They live together in a small house on the property,
Security: 24 hours around the clock specialized company.

20 min from international airport, 20 min from Ponta Negra and Natal city, 20 min by 4x4 to Pipa.
Parambuzios beach, located in an fancy neighborhood. Which make the beach almost a private beach during weekdays.
Another great advantage of this beach is it has a natural barrier reef with makes it one big natural swimming pool. You can catch your own lobster with low tide. (Or buy it from the fisherman’s around, saves you some effort, you are on holiday)
