This non-smoking unit is located near the Folly Beach Pier. It is in walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Folly Beach. Folly Beach is widely known as a "family beach." Beach is steps away and two pools overlook the ocean. You can watch your children play on the beach from this unit.
New owners redecorated this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit with bright colors of the sea and sun. Unit offers 2 queen and 2 twin beds in bedrooms and 1 queen sofabed in the living room and accommodates 8. Each bedroom has a bath. Master bedroom overlooks the ocean with a full bath with Jacuzzi, double sinks and shower.
The kitchen-dining room-great room combo overlooks the ocean. The oceanfront balcony stretches across the great room and master bedroom. There is plenty of room to enjoy the view of the ocean, surfers, dolphins, and fishing pier.
There is a boat landing on Folly. Enjoy herons, egrets or go fishing. The Morris Island Light House is located on the east side of the island. World-class golf (Ryder Cup-Kiawah Island) is twenty minutes away. The Charleston and Municipal Golf Course is about ten minutes away.

For a delightful candlelit evening, try Cafe Suzanne on the corner across from the pier, and the new tapas and wine bar on Folly Road close to the pier. In downtown Charleston, visit Sermet`s corner at the intersection of King and Wenworth for a wonderful taste of fusion American and Mediterranean cuisine.
