The great room includes a modern kitchen, dining area, and living area. Two sets of sliding doors from the great room and one from the master bedroom open to the screened-in porch.
Guests can relax and enjoy the scenery from any room in the house, whether it be the spacious great room, kitchen, screened-in porch, or bedrooms. Hammocks on the porch and beach chairs by the sea provide perfect places to relax and let you chose between sun and shade
This beautiful house is located on Cayman Brac Island. Cayman Brac is the most easterly of the Cayman Islands, located in the western Caribbean, south of Cuba and northwest of Jamaica. It is about 450 miles south of Miami, Florida.
Cayman Brac has a rich history and culture and a safe, peaceful atmosphere where guests can enjoy walking, biking, bird watching, beaching, diving, snorkeling, and RELAXING.
There are 35 nature and heritage trails to follow on this unique island that boasts wetlands, tropical forests, cliff trails, caves and beaches.
Diving and Snorkeling
One of the best pastimes in Cayman Brac is diving and snorkeling. This little Caribbean island offers some of the best diving and snorkeling in the world. Its warm waters and 100+ foot visibilty are present year round and create a perfect atmosphere for any diver or snorkeler.
For the divers in the family, the steep drop-offs of the reef wall(from 80 ft to a few thousand ft) allow divers to see both typical reef life and larger open-water dwellers.
For the snorkelers, there are multiple shallow sites around the island, many that are easily accesible from the shore. Snorkelers will enjoy the pristine reefs and abundant marine life, as well as the large coral heads which come close enough to the surface to allow views often only available to divers.
