This magnificent villa is located just North of San Pedro Town on a former coconut plantation surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. It is part of a small enclave of five privately owned homes called Caye Villas that share a private beach & a pool.
The Villa features two bedroom suites, three full baths, a fully stocked kitchen and a spectacular living area with vaulted Belizean hardwood ceilings and a huge terrace overlooking the sea.
Each bedroom suite can be completely independent with its own entrance and mini-fridge. The whole house has air conditioning, coral stone floors and brightly colored hand-glazed tiles and sinks.
The Villa accommodates two couples very comfortably, and can sleep two additional people on the queen size fold out sofa in the living room. For even larger parties rent all or part of a neighboring Villa or a room at the Caye Resort.
Local Attractions
The Villa is a quick water taxi ride to town and local restaurants, or rent bikes for a nice ride along the beach.
Local dive and tour groups can arrange trips to The Blue Hole and the outer islands such as Lighthouse Reef & Half Moon Caye. They rent and sell equipment for divers and snorkelers, so feel free to come down with little else than your bathing suit. In addition to diving trips, you can arrange for snorkeling, fishing (fly, spin cast & deep sea), tours of the Mayan ruins, trips to see the manatees, sailing or any other excursions that may interest you.
