All floors newly furnished with designer fashions. Comfortably sleeps 8 adults.

The 99.00 per night special as advertised, is per room, per night, per person offer, only applicable to the off season. Seasons may vary from property to property based on size, location, amenities, availability, and type of property.
The type of property may be a custom home, or it may be an apartment, condo, town home, or may be a duplex, or located in a multiple unit complex. The on or off season is based on the resort destination location, which may be defined as a beach, desert or mountain resort property destination.

TRAVEL does not own the properties represented therefore the offering is based on participating properties as may be authorized only by the actual Owners or Owners agents, referred to as CONTROLLERS, and 99.00 per night special is therefore subject to availability as offered on a case by case basis by CONTROLLERS by virtue the IVH.Travel MARKETING SYSTEM.
This is not an a representation or offering as a per room night such as a hotel room, but rather a beach home per room night, whereby a room nights is calculated by each and every bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and other related spaces received in addition to bedrooms, therefore the total calculations for 99/n offering are derived from per each and every room, per night, per person, as defined and offered on a case by case basis in the off season by the Controllers of the property.
