| EL COCOTERO is located on the Caribbean Island of Vieques, just off the southeastern coast of Puerto Rico. It is in the village of Esperanza in a neighborhood setting at 370 Calle Girasoles. The house is a short 5 minute walk to the ocean and the Malecon (sea front promenade), where restaurants, bars and shopping are located. Sun Bay, one of many beautiful beaches on Vieques and usually deserted, is only a 15 minute walk. Also the Bioluminescent Bay, a natural wonder, is only a short distance from our home.

| EL COCOTERO is a tastefully furnished three bedroom (1 queen size bed and 4 twin beds) home with a covered rooftop patio, which is wonderful for viewing the ocean, relaxing and dining out, a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and toaster. It also has a large open living area, 2 bathrooms with tiled floors and tiled showers (separate bath in the master bedroom), two air conditioners, outdoor shower, washing machine, and ceiling fans in every room. Also included are all linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, books, TV with DVD player and CD player with radio. It will accommodate six persons easily.
Pick up service from the airport or ferry is available if not more than four persons and if you wish to rent a car, ask us about car rentals.
