Villa Tropicasa is a tropical delight, full of caribbean color and charm. This two bedroom luxury villa is completely private, there are no shared facilities, and it is only a three minute walk to the secluded Lime Kiln Beach!
The air conditioned bedrooms are located on either ends of the villa for maximum privacy for your group. The second bedroom has its own bath along with two twin beds, which can be joined to make a king if preferred. This room comes with a view of the swimming pool and sea. It is equipped with a ceiling fan and AC. The master Suite commands a view of the sea and the Neighbouring islands of Redonda, St. Kitts & Nevis.The en-suite bathroom has his and her sinks and a Jacuzzi bath with shower.Cable TV,AC and a ceiling fan enhance this Suite.

The sunken living area opens to the patio and pool and is fully equipped for your entertainment. On the upper level the Dining area furnished in rattan is divided from the fully equipped kitchen by a breakfast bar.
The Semi-circular patio and pool deck provides a panoramic view of the caribbean Sea, neighbouring islands and spectacular caribbean sunsets.

About Montserrat
Once a hideaway for the affluent and musically famous, this island will charm you with it’s welcoming smiles and pure serenity. Montserrat sits in the middle of the Eastern Caribbean chain of islands. This is not your typical mass tourist destination. If you are looking for busy nightlife and popular beaches then Montserrat is not for you.
