Villa La Fiaca sits on its own private beach between scenic Manuel Antonio and the lively surf town of Jaco. Restaurants, casinos, clubs, surfing, hiking, fishing, water sports, horseback riding and boat cruises are all nearby. The property, including the beachfront, is over 2 acres and has numerous coconut trees as well as other well-developed flora and fauna. Birds, iguanas and monkeys regularly pass through the property.

With over 3500 square feet of interior space, the house is large enough to accommodate sizable gatherings, and was built using the finest materials and the utmost attention to detail. It has all the amenities of a Western home, but also takes advantage of the natural beauty of the surroundings with large, slotted windows around the house that allow a cool breeze to stream through.

A music lover's dream, the Home Theater System is wired throughout the house to the pool area and the master suite, providing the option of dynamic, top-notch sound wherever you go. Villa La Fiaca has a computer with a flat-screen monitor and Internet Access. Besides modern kitchen appliances including a coffee maker and blender, you will find a ping- pong table, board games, clock radios, as well as ceiling fans in every room. The Master Home Theatre System features DirecTV Satellite with NFL Sunday Ticket Package, a flat screen TV, powerful surround sound system, DVD player, 300 CD Changer with large permanent collection, Playstation 2 console with 12 foot game controllers, and dual tape deck. The master bath has a bidet.

Outside, a large lap pool is elegantly situated in a charming patio, complete with lounges, a brick fireplace and oven, two ranchos and a fountain. There is a bathroom on the outside to accommodate the patio, and another shower near the pool's edge. Pool floats are provided for your relaxation.

As you move toward the beach, one cannot help but be taken by the floral display, as plant-life lines the walkway to the shore. Glorious orchids of various varieties further enhance the luscious landscape. At the soft sand beach the water is always warm, and a rancho is there to escape the sun. The surf is great year-round. Fish are abundant offshore.

The staff lives in a house at the front of the property, and can clean the dishes, provide for clean linens, and prepare drinks and meals. They can also help you to make activity arrangements.

5% of the proceeds from rentals goes to help build the family center in the town of Bandera.

A week is 6 nights/7 days.

A deposit of 50% of the rental price is due to hold the reservation, with the other half due 30 days before arrival.

Price includes weekly maid service. A cook and further maid services are available for a reasonable fee.

A security deposit will be required prior to check-in. Stays of a month or longer may require a higher security deposit.
