| Adorable, spacious three-story beach cottage with partial views of the Gulf, sleeps up to 12 in its 3 bedrooms and sleeping loft and 3 baths. It is just perfect for multiple family vacations or couples who want to enjoy some privacy. Every bedroom has its own private deck.
The first floor has the den with a queen sofa bed, dining and kitchen areas anda bedrooom with two queen beds and a full bath. Second floor has the master with a private full bath with a separate tub; and another bedroom with a king bed and separate bath. The third floor has a queen sofabed and 360 degree views of the community and partial views of the Gulf.
The house is on the beach side of 98 with no highways to cross, and is a 5 minute walk to the private access path to Miramar Beach, with beautiful powdery white sand and turquoise water the Gulf is known for. There is also a community pool just a few houses away that is heated in the fall, winter and spring.
Bermuda Beach Cottage is part of a new community of 29 homes tucked away in its own private world within the hustle and bustle of one of Destin's best areas for restaurants and shopping. It is directly across from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall off of Scenic Highway 98 right between Mainsail and Edgewater condominiums, two landmarks in Destin.

| Amenities include fully stocked kitchen with full refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, CD player and dishwasher (if you want to cook). There are televisions in every bedroom, premium cable, VCRs, DVDs, covered parking,guest parking, heated community pool, gas barbecue grill, portable baby crib and hair dryers in bathrooms.
Destin is one of the premier vacation sites in the country, with the best beaches in the southeast, offering a full array of water activities as well as water parks, great shopping at one of the largest discount outlet malls, a variety of restaurants, a fitness center and any other recreational activities you can imagine. Miramar Beach is a beautiful, white, sandy beach and there are services available that will set up beach umbrellas and chairs for a nominal charge.
