A choice of two lovely and fully furnished accommodations awaits you just outside Marsh Harbour at DoneReach, Abaco, Bahamas. DoneReach, a three bedroom two bathroom house with spectacular views over the Sea of Abaco and the Atlantic Ocean; and, DoneReach BoatHouse, our dockside one bedroom one bathroom cottage provides a charming venue for a true "on the water" living experience. Situate on a hill on a peninsula virtually surrounded by the turquoise sea, DoneReach and DoneReach BoatHouse are located on a private beach road 3 miles from Marsh Harbour, the third largest settlement in the islands and far from the hustle bustle, highrises and casinos of Nassau and Freeport. Both cottages are private, but not secluded (neither can be seen or heard from the other) and are close to all the amenities, good restaurants, ferries, marinas, car, boat, bike and scooter rentals and a variety of shops. Two fully stocked and modern grocery stores are just 3 miles from DoneReach. DoneReach is just 15 minutes by taxi from Marsh Harbour International Airport and is just about 20 minutes from all the out islands by rental boat or ferry.

DoneReach is air conditioned and has ceiling paddle fans to supplement the nearly always present moderating breezes. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and one with two twin beds. Large decks on both sides of the house provide alternate places to sit and relax, depending upon the movement of the Sun and the ever changing winds. Beach and deck furniture is abundant. DoneReach BoatHouse is air conditioned and has a screened porch and paddle ceiling fans throughout. BoatHouse is private from DoneReach and is located literally "on the water" by the dock. Both cottages have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, toaster, full size refrigerator, stove, filtered water, microwave, pots, pans dishes and glassware. Gas BBQ. Private beach with small pool and private dock. Telephone, Color TV, VCR and VHS film library, CD player, Video casettes, books and games, hairdyer, CATV and VHF radio in both cottages. Intercom between DoneReach and BoatHouse for use if both cottages are needed to accomodate groups of eight guests. All household linens are provided. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. On premises washer and dryer are available for use by guests. A wonderful 70' dock is available for your rental boat. The dock, the beach and the seaside saltwater sunpool and its waterfall are available exclusively for guests of DoneReach or DoneReach BoatHouse. Beautiful coral head for snorkeling just yards off of our beach. Fabulous! DoneReach and BoatHouse are located on the same property but neither can be seen or heard from the other. Car, boat, motor scooter and bike rentals are available nearby as is the ferry dock for day trips to the out islands.

DoneReach rental rates are: Nov-April- $2,100 per week for up to 4 guests and $2,500 per week for 5 or 6 guests (our maximum for DoneReach); May-August- $2,300 for up to 4 guests and $2,700 for 5 or 6 guests. BoatHouse rental rates are Nov-April $1,500 per week for 2 guests(our maximum for BoatHouse) May-August $1,600 per week for 2 guests Rentals are by the week from Saturday 3P.M. to Saturday 10 A.M. A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required to confirm all reservations and the balance is due 60 days prior to commencement date of the rental. A refundable damage/security deposit of $250 is required of all first time guests. Reservation deposit is fully refundable if cancelled prior to 60 days before rental date and a replacement rental is secured. Add 10% holiday surcharge for all major US holidays. Note: Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice. It is our policy to rent DoneReach and/or BoatHouse to only one group of guests at any one time so that all the amenities of the property are exclusive and do not have to be shared. Add six (6%) percent Bahamas Government tax.
