The house is in a low-rise condominium resort project situated in the best spot of the 10 km stretch of white sand beach which is virtually private. A quiet unspoiled town with all the food and amenities required, Hua Hin is a prime spot for local vacationers and foreign travelers.
The beach front home offered is in the Baan Chai Talay project with the longest and most beautiful swimming pool in Thailand at approximately 240 meters long. The swimming pool winds along the green garden bushes and palm trees.
The beach front home comprises 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, on the upper floor and 1 bedroom with sofa bed and foldable partition, living and dining area, bathroom, and pantry on the ground floor. The pantry is fully equipped with microwave oven, hotwater bottle, kitchen wares, dining sets, a fridge, 3 TV's, and full air conditioning and furniture to make one's stay very cosy and relaxing like home. The roof deck provides a panoramic view of the sea and is a very nice place for afternoon or evening get together....
Access to the beach front home is very easy as the project is right on the main road stretching all the way to the beach. It is about 3 km. from Hua Hin town center.
