Security Deposit
Amounts above do not include security deposit of $500.00, which is returned after your departure and inspection of home, generally 35-40 days after you checkout.

Check-in/Check-out
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in the summer, winter and spring months. Value Season dates are flexible. Check-in time is 4 p.m. and checkout time is by 10:00 a.m.
