The exclusive gated community of the Faria Beach Colony provides privacy and seclusion not commonly associated with beachfront property. Here you can come to relax, surf, play tennis on our private court, ride bicycles along the coast bike path, walk the beach, gaze at brilliant starlit skies, or just sit on the deck and watch surfers, whales, pelicans, and dolphins while you feel the romance and energy of the ocean.
Geographically located in an area known as California's "Banana Belt," one can expect some of the best weather in Southern California. This area is less exposed to wind, fog, light pollution, and cold weather. This house (one of a few) is located right on Pitas Point, so you can expect to see schools of dolphins, whales, vintage and high performance aircraft, and surfers. Most local surfers feel that Pitas is better than the world famous Rincon just 8 miles north. Walk 150 yards to a 2 mile sand beach ending at Hobsons State Beach. Relax in the private enclave of the Faria Beach Colony, and enjoy comfort and ambiance that is guaranteed to make you wish you never had to leave.
At 65 miles north of Los Angeles, 20 minutes south of Santa Barbara, and 10 minutes to either Ventura or Carpinteria, this rental is very centrally located to all major airports, shopping, theme parks, wineries, and fine restaurants.

600 sq ft master bedroom suite overlooks 270 degree ocean views, with a Kreiss king upholstered sleigh bed, Balinese teak armoire w/enclosed large screen HDTV and full sound system on dark hardwood floors done in a tropical theme.
Large gourmet kitchen with Viking range, and all the tools to cook and entertain. Dining area seats 8 at solid mahogany table and chairs on green Quartzite floors.
Large open space living room with large down sofas (1 a queen sleeper), big screen TV with a Harmon Kardon DTS theater sound system inside a antique Chinese cabinet, highlighted with a ocean rock fireplace and a Balinese King's Chair.
Office/second bedroom offers a pull-out twin double bed, a glass-top desk and laptop computer with internet connection on request.
Separate guest house offers a queen bed, travertine floors and bath, in a bamboo theme. The bed sits 20' from sea wall with a 180 degree ocean view. Lounge in bed and watch the surfers and dolphins from a view unparalleled. This room is also a great get-away from the adults for kids, with game cube and video games on request, VCR library, stereo, and TV.

*Rental price includes 6 hours of maid service upon exit. Additional charges for Cleaning if required over the 6-hour allotment. If smoking occurs, house will be deodorized and charges made accordingly.

Events Limited to 40 people. EXTRA FEE MAY APPLY for groups larger than 15 people.
50% Booking Deposit to hold. Balance due 30 days prior to rental.
$1,000 refundable Security and Cleaning/Damage Deposit.
If you live nearby, this property can be shown by appointment if not rented.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, do so prior to 30 days so house can be re-rented. If house is re-rented you will receive your reservation fee in full, otherwise your reservation fee will be forfeited. If an emergency occurs less than 30 days prior to your arrival and you must cancel, contact us, and every effort will be made to re-rent the house so I can offer you a full refund.
