A 12 ft sliding glass wall opens the house to spectacular views of Mission Bay. Friends and family rest on the sunken couch in the living room enjoying the warmth of the fireplace, a 20 ft stainless steel “Fire on Ice” display. Multiple plasma HD TV’s, DVD’s, and integrated stereo throughout the house provide premium home theater entertainment. The full kitchen is high end black granite.

The sunken Roman Carrera white marble tub is 8 ft by 9 ft. There are 2 steam showers complete with 24 karat gold fixtures. Colorful stained glass hung in the ceiling above the tub acts like a skylight sending a gorgeous light display down into the bathroom throughout the day.

The bedrooms have premium Stearns & Foster beds. The bedrooms, and throughout the house, are equipped with blackout curtains. This ensures privacy at night, and allows for comfortable napping through the day.

The rooftop deck is enormous and has the most breathtaking, 360 views of Mission Bay. You will see downtown, La Jolla, the ocean, and some of the best views of the bay. The firework display at SeaWorld will illuminate the night air each night through the summer, and on the weekends thereafter. This rooftop is perfect for sunbathing in the day or warming up in the Jacuzzi at night. The Jacuzzi has fiber optic lighting & stereo built-in.

Come and spend your days tanning on the white sands of Mission Beach, sailing the calm waters of the Mission Bay or bicycling, skating or jogging the two-mile boardwalk that is just a few steps away from your Mission Beach vacation rental. Mission Beach is a perfect place to soak up the beach lifestyle while also being a great area for spectators and sandcastle builders. If you need to experience an activity at a faster pace, rent a bike or in-line roller skates. You could also ride Belmont Park's famous wooden roller coaster. Always be prepared for large crowds and limited parking at Belmont Park.

Whether you want to walk along the ocean, swim, boogie board, surf, or just enjoy the atmosphere, a Mission Beach vacation rental is the perfect choice for you. All of the interior design elements are strictly modern while offering a warm and comfortable tone. The office is attractively designed and comes complete with everything you need to stay connected on your vacation including wireless internet, fax, printers, etc. The living room has a wall that is is completely made of stained glass. The artist who created the stained glass throughout the house is a promonent designer from NY who has had work featured at the Met. It is a striking edition to the house that adds color and vibrance to the modern interior design.

A 45 in HD LCD TV retracts into the stainless steel fireplace when not in use, or pulls out and turns to face the guests for maximum enjoyment. Full blackout curtains in living room & master bedroom suite ensure comfort and privacy. Electric Pronto controllers operate the stereo, lighting, blackout curtains and more throughout the house. The entertainment system is piped into every room. There is AC available, though most of our guests say they don’t need it because of the beautiful San Diego weather.

The master bedroom is very spacious and accommodating. It has a Stearns & Foster bed for maximum comfort, large closets, plus wetbar with refrigerator and sink. There is a large plasma TV and loads of movies available on DVD, cable TV and Tivo. The master bathroom has a with a sunken Roman Carrera white marble tub that is 8ft by 9ft, 24k gold fixtures, and a beautiful stained glass. This masterpiece is mounted in the ceiling and acts like a skylight sending a colorful display across the master bath throughout the day.
