Cancellations and Refunds If cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival, $75 will be charged. If cancellation occurs within 60 days and unit is not re-rented, no refund. If cancellation occurs within 60 days and unit is rerented, the actual rental amount recieved minus $75 will be refunded.
