WONDERFUL IMPROVEMENTS: In 2009, we added two sets of washers and dryers for your convenience! In 2008, We have painted the outside a delightful golden yellow. It just changed the appearance of the house completely!! We have installed new windows, which really brightened up the rooms. We also purchased a new leather sofa for the living room and new ceiling fans for the bedrooms. We are very excited with the improvements and we hope you are too! This is a great family gathering place, with 5 bedrooms, sleeping accommodations for 13. This house offers amenities to enjoy the beach year round: a private heated pool ($200/week) for spring and fall visits and a fireplace for winter retreats This 'classic' beachhouse is located on the ocean, just a few steps on our boardwalk to the white sandy beach. We are located on the north end of Harbor Island. You can enjoy the ocean air while your children take a break from the sand and surf to swim at your own private pool. Exterior showers make it easy to rinse off before retiring to the interior of the home. And the large park size charcoal grill located by the pool is a fun way to prepare your meals while lounging by the pool. The open floor plan provides great family time, whether you are cooking, eating, or lounging in the living room. You can view the ocean from all of these areas/functions. Enjoy a luxurious bath in the jetted tub, overlooking the ocean, in the master bedroom, which also includes a private screened porch. Large upstairs bedroom has private porch overlooking the pool and beach. And the third oceanfront bedroom has great views of the dolphins splashing and playing close to shore. Relax in the living room overlooking a spectacular view of the water, while watching the shrimp boats and dolphins go by. Fresh seafood is available minutes away and lunch and dinner can be found at Johnson s Creek Tavern and infamous Shrimp Shack. Spend the day at the Beach Club, swimming in the grand pool, playing volleyball, laughing with your children on the playground, grabbing a snack at the cafe, or working out. Rates/Deposits A refundable security deposit is required by credit card at check-in. 50% of the rental fee is due at time of booking to hold reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

We understand that your vacation time is extremely important to you and our goal is to make the entire experience a positive and memorable one. We are staffed at the office 7 days/week to help you in planning your vacation or for any needs that may arise during your stay. We also have someone on-call 24 hours/day for emergencies. We have a large selection of both small and large vacation homes and villas, ranging from traditional beach homes to exciting luxury homes situated on the beach! We have three barrier islands near Beaufort, South Carolina: Fripp Island, Harbor Island, and Hunting Island. Cancellations and Refunds If cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival, $75 will be charged. If cancellation occurs within 60 days and unit is not re-rented, no refund. If cancellation occurs within 60 days and unit is rerented, the actual rental amount recieved minus $75 will be refunded. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent.
