Severe Weather Policy
Cancellations or early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund. This includes hurricans. Please purchase travel insurance from your insurance company.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, do so prior to 45 days so house can be re-rented. If house is re-rented you will receive your reservation fee in full, otherwise your reservation fee will be forfeited. If an emergency occurs less than 45 days prior to your arrival and you must cancel, contact us, and every effort will be made to re-rent the house so I can offer you a full refund.
