The house is only 2 blocks away from the downtown area, so guests can take a short walk if they want to grab a bite to eat, or just want to see some of the local color.

The house is fully furnished and equipped and there is a large deck on the second floor with a beautiful view of the mountain range.

Rates
$200 per night includes all fees and taxes.

First night deposit required within 7 days to confirm dates. Deposit credited to your final balance. Balance of total rental fee to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. Keys will be mailed.

One week minimum June thru September. Holidays subject to 3-4 night minumum. No off-season rates. 30 day cancellation for a full refund less a $25 handling fee. Later cancellations will forfeit the deposit or will be applied to a later date. No refunds will be given for early departure.

Check In is 3:00 P.M. and Check Out is 12:00 Noon

There is no maid service and we expect the Cottage to be left reasonably clean.
