Very close to Barefoot Landing and the Famous "Restaurant Row". 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo, recently redecorated in light beach colors with brand new Berber carpet through-out our condo. Furniture is in great condition. Both side and direct ocean view. Master bedroom has A WONDERFUL OCEAN VIEW, TV with VCR, queen size bed, full size dresser and mirror, ceiling fan, full size closet, and private bathroom. Second bedroom has two twin beds, full size dresser and mirror, ceiling fan and full size closet. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar, etc. FREE HI-SPEED INTERNET ACCESS. We also have a brand new Washer & Dryer in our condo. TV with a DVD/VCR and ceiling fan in the living room. Telephone with FREE LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS!!! Feel free to use our new beach chairs. Outstanding condition and looking for renters that will take special care of our home away from home. Sleeps max. 6 people. The living room has a queen size pull-out sofa. Pool and Bar-B-Que on property. There is a convenience store/gift shop with hand-dipped ice cream right across the street. Just about a mile to Barefoot Landing, with over 100 shops and entertainment such as Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Alligator Adventure and many great restaurants. Our condo is also within easy driving distance to Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede, The Carolina Opry and Broadway At The Beach, with over 100 specialty shops, 20 restaurants, 15 attractions, & 10 nightclubs featuring Ripley's Aquarium, ( kids favorite); Planet Hollywood; Hard Rock Cafe; Nascar Cafe; Palace Theatre; Imax Movies; Crocodile Rocks, a dueling piano bar (our favorite!!); and many many more!! Note: Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes or other fees. To make a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A $25 Administration Fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation prior to your arrival date and the unit is re-rented for the originally reserved time period. If the unit is not re-rented, the renter is responsible for 1/2 of the original reservation.
