Anna Maria Beach Place is in a quiet neighborhood on the crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. From Anna Maria Beach Place, you can see the sun set over the Gulf and hear the waves lapping the shore - right from your balcony or suite. Anna Maria Beach Place is perfect if you need more than just "a room" for your vacation holiday rental. It is your "home-away from home."
Anna Maria Beach Place is located on a peaceful, quiet Gulf front street, just far enough off the Island's main thoroughfare but convenient to all activities, great restaurants and sights.
The architecture is the charming "Old Florida" style with a tropical garden setting reminiscent of historic Key West.
Our new heated pool (82 degrees F) and fenced tropical garden courtyard is nestled between the wings of our "L" shaped building.
We have picnic tables, benches, an outdoor fireplace and a gas grill for your use. The beach is right in front of us as you can see. The road is a dead-end intersection that is very lightly traveled.
Each multi-room suite has a fully equipped kitchen & separate dining area - all refreshingly decorated with emphasis on soft pastel colors and flowery island prints. All suites are air conditioned of course. And most importantly, our rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained.
Each bathroom is different, but all are full ceramic tile baths in colors out of Florida's Past. All Baths have a tub and shower.
A separate dining area is provided.
Direct telephone lines are available in all suites. Long distance calls must be placed using a phone card, collect or billed to a third number. Faxes can also be received and sent, and copies made via the office for a minimal charge.

Four one bedroom units are available, two upper level with balconies and two ground level with patios.
There is a coin operated washer and dryer is available on-site.
Rates are based on 4 person occupancy, 3 night minimum.
Longer stays may be required during holiday and high demand periods.
At the management's discretion extra guests may be accommodated for an additional charge of $10/night.
Rates are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation. $500.00 weekly Deposit-$1000.00 monthly is required to confirm reservation - balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. $30.00 reservation fee applies 11 1/2% tax applies to all rentals.
Deposits are non-refundable. Travler's Insurance is offered and highly recommended.
Holiday rates apply to Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks add 25% to rate.
