The newly remodeled townhouse at Crystal Beach #5 is a premier Destin beach rental, and seeing is believing. It is such a unique and special place we call it "Sacred Sands". Located on a private gulffront beach perfect for family reunions, beach weddings,and large groups with a child friendly environment as well as a romantic setting in the off season.

The 3 separate levels provide the ultimate in family privacy, plenty of space, with spectacular views of the beach and ocean . It is oceanfront on the quiet, private, white sands of Crystal Beach. The unit is elegantly furnished and impeccably maintained. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been remodeled with custom tile , granite , custom cabinets . There are beautiful hickory wood floors throughout the 2nd floor. Dining areas for 12 in dining room , on 2nd floor deck and on bottom deck so you can always take advantage of your relaxing beach experience as you dine together.
The townhouse can be rented as a 1-bedroom studio, 3 bedroom, or 4 bedroom.1 king, 2 queen, 2 twin + bunks. It is really a vacation paradise you will never want to leave. Call or email for brochure. In the summer we rent only by the week and only as a 4 bedroom.

First FLOOR:
Studio with full kitchen, queen-size Murphy bed,custom tile,new bath with steam shower, opens directly onto the large wood deck with grill , dining ,lounges, benches and BEACH. Great family or party area or couple's get-a-way, many a honeymoon couple have stayed in the studio.
Second FLOOR:
Newly installed wood floors on entire 2nd level.Living area ,inside dining for 12,upgraded remodeled kitchen with granite counters and every appliance and serving dish you could want to entertain--cuisianart , waffle maker , trays , specialty items ( if you find anything missing we will have it there immediately), laundry room, queen-size bedroom and newly remodeled bath, balcony with outdoor table for dining ,seating for 12 .
Third FLOOR:
Master suite and new bath (jacuzzi in bathroom as well as bedroom jacuzzi overlooking the gulf) ,king size bed ,private balcony with wicker swing,
bunk/twin room and new bath (bunk and two twins).
Street Address is 3050 Scenic Hwy 98. Take right onto Crystal Beach Drive when going East on Hwy 98 (corner Resort Quest , Bass Pro Shop, Destin Commons). Go three block to Scenic 98 (beach road), take left - our Townhome is 2nd place down on the right(On The Beach!).
