Your credit card number used to book this reservation will be held on file for up to 45 days after lease expiration to be used as security. The landlord reserves its right to make charges to said credit card to settle any security deposit types of issues such as replacement of lost/stolen items, repair of any damages caused to property, excessive cleaning and/or trash removal fees, replacement of unreturned keys, garage door openers, etc. To secure this reservation, you will be asked to pay by credit card at the end of this online booking process. The balance of rent and any other fees, are due at the time of booking. Any damage noticed upon arrival should be reported to the owner immediately. If damage is not reported, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair. All general maintenance should also be reported so the unit can be kept in good repair. To avoid additional charges, the following must occur: a) No damage is done to the unit or its contents, including the linens. b) No items are missing upon the inventory check as conducted by cleaning staff. c) All debris, garbage and discards are placed in proper containers and taken to curb on scheduled pickup days. d) All soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher is turned on. e) Inexcessive use of linens for number of guests did not occur. f) Utility consumption, including use of pool heater, is not excessive. g) There was no exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit. h) There was no smoking or evidence of smoking in a designated non-smoking unit. i) There were no pets on premisis, unless other arrangements were made in advance. j) Unit is left in neat condition, with furniture in its original place/location. k) Swimming pool and spa was used in a hygenic and appropriate manner. If the above provisions are met thoughout your stay and prior to departure, there will be no charges made to your credit card to remedy any of the above situations.
GUEST may cancel its occupancy at any time prior to taking possession by giving written notice to the LESSOR. If GUEST so cancels, LESSOR will attempt to find another tenant for the unexpired terms of the lease. If no replacement tenant is procured, rent plus all taxes and fees will be forfeited to LESSOR. If a new tenant is procured, LESSOR will credit GUEST for rentals received from the new GUEST less a $250 cancellation fee or 30% of the reservation, whichever is greater. These fees shall be applicable to each lease executed. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather, epidemic, illness, death or for any other reason do not warrant any refund of rent.
We do not offer any refunds for Hurricanes or Tropical Storms. We do not refund rents or deposits lost due to canceled or shortened stays because of weather, epidemics or other acts of God, unless property itself is made uninhabitable. Early departures due to inclement weather, epidemics or other Acts of God also do no warrant refund of rent or deposit. We highly recommend getting TRAVEL Insurance for your trip which is available for health and weather related problems. It is up to the GUEST to purchase this coverage for their trip.

TRAVEL INSURANCE AND HURRICANES: WHAT'S COVERED? Travel insurance may cover a traveler's vacation investment if severe weather conditions directly affect their travel arrangements or accommodations. For example, if a traveler is forced to cancel a trip due to a hurricane, travel insurance with trip cancellation can provide a reimbursement for nonrefundable expenses, up to the limit of coverage purchased. If severe weather forces the evacuation of the traveler's unit, the travel insurance may provide reimbursement for nonrefundable expenses, and additional travel expenses. For losses to be covered, travel insurance must be purchased before a hurricane is forecasted or predicted. Once a storm is named, losses resulting from a hurricane that has been forecasted or predicted on or before the effective date of coverage are excluded.
