3 Bedrooms upstairs. The master has a king size bed and private bath. One guest room has a queen bed, the other 2 bunk beds with trundle (sleeps 5 kids).Each guest room has it's own sink and they are joined by a "Jack and Jill" bath with tub and toilet.
Downstairs there is a spacious living room with sleeper couch and fireplace. There is an office/guest room with sleeper couch. All bedrooms, plus living room, kitchen and office/guest room have TV's.
A private pool nestled between house and garage is well landscaped for privacy. 5 bikes are available for guest use. Also an outdoor gas grill and picnic table plus patio table and furniture as well as pool furniture.
