| The BEACH HOUSE at LAIE
Recently renovated, modernized and charmingly decorated with Hawaiian furnishings and decor, it has a very romantic bedroom, full bath, washer/dryer, full kitchen, living, dining and large lanai overlooking the ocean. Furniture is Italian rattan. Decor includes a 15' mahogany dugout canoe, a Sergio Bustamante peacock (to keep an eye on the bedroom), Gauguin prints and Indonesian accessories. 14' sliding doors open the house wide to the ocean view and tropical air. Trade winds keep the house free of insects and the climate mild. Maid service can be arrainged.
The grounds with ironwood trees and 3 dozen coconut trees are beautifully maintained and surrounded by a fence on the adjacent 3 sides for privacy. Parking is inside of the gated entry and there is a lighted side gate for night time arrival.
Included is a security system, hotel safe, cable TV, DVD, CD sound system, telephone/fax and wi-fi availability. For your beach time pleasure, there are 2 surfboards, 2 boogie boards, a 2 person ocean kayak, 2 ocean fishing rods with tackle, chaise lounges, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, masks and snorkels.

| LOCALE
It is right on famous Hukilau Beach (of the song) and one of the most beautiful beaches in all the islands - swimming from the beach in front of the house is protected by the off shore reef. There is no commercialization - no crowds - much privacy - one can walk for miles from the Beach House on these pristene North Shore beaches and see only a few people.
It is located in Laie on the famous North Shore of Oahu, about a one hour from Honolulu, Waikiki Beach, Pearl Harbor, Hanama Bay or Honolulu International.
It is 15 minutes from world famous Sunset Beach surfing - 10 minutes from Turtle Bay Resort with it's two championship 18 hole golf courses - 5 minutes from the Polynesian Cultural Center and a short walk to a Foodland shopping center with basic services. Kualoa Ranch with horseback riding and hilicopter rides is 15 minutes down the road. Waimea falls and Arboretum is 15 minutes up the road and has ancient Hawaiian sites.
RESTURANTS and FINE DINING
The Hukilau Cafe is 4 blocks away and has great breakfasts. Lai Lai's at Turtle Bay is 10 minutes up the road and has outstanding prime rib and local fish dishes. Turtle Bay Cove Resturant for fine dining, exciting views of the surf, pricey. Ola's On The Beach, 10 minutes up the road, beach side dining. Hala'ewa Joe's in Hala'ewa Town, 25 minutes up the road, local fish dishes.
