Payment: 50% deposit at time of reservation and balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Refund if cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival. No refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
 
Payments may be made by certified bank check, wire transfer, Visa or Mastercard.
 
Check In Time: 3 p.m.

Check Out Time: 12 nn
 
No refunds for Christmas/New Years reservations.
