| A one page rental contract to be reviewed and signed by guest is required.
This will provide general rules imposed by our complex, plus those more directly related to Casita Clemente directly.
Cleaning Fee: $85 (required)
Noise Policies
Strict enforcement of "No tolerance" policy, in regards to loud, obnoxious, rude, and lawless behavior---this is a very quiet, pleasant and safe area. This is instituted in consideration of the small condo complex' neighbors, and neighbors in the immediate area (See contract for more information on this).
Security Deposit
Deposit amount is based on length of stay
3 day/3 night weekend rental: $250 deposit
1 week rental: $350 deposit
1 month rental: $750 deposit
