Our Caribbean Paradise can be yours, when you stay in our lovely five-bedroom/four and a half-bathroom villa in the Dawn Beach Estates -- on the French/Dutch border at Oyster Bay/Dawns Beach of St. Maarten.

Enjoy relaxing in the sun, or swimming in the infinity pool while taking in the panoramic view of Dawn Beach, the harbor, and the islands of Anguilla, St. Kitts, and St. Barts. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation, including a 50" Big Screen TV, a fully equipped Kitchen, central air conditioning and ceiling fans.

When you arrive you'll be greeted by a fine bottle of wine waiting for you, complimentary beverages and designer fragrance soaps like you'd find at the very best resorts. If you arrive late, don't worry, there is coffee and cereals and milk provided to get you going the next morning.

There are three master suites (each with a private bathroom) along with two other bedrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests. All five bedrooms have King size beds, and one bedroom has two twin beds in addition. There is also the computer room with a sleeping couch that can be used as a sixth small bedroom. All bedrooms have designer sheets (600 thread count) and air conditioning.

You can walk or drive down to the beach without ever leaving the gated private community! And since all towels are provided, the only thing you need to bring is your bathing suit!

St. Maarten is nicknamed the "friendly island" and is famous for its gourmet dining, beautiful beaches, wonderful weather, and duty-free luxury shopping.
