The spacious Master Bedroom has magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean, Newport Harbor Jetty, and Balboa Pier, with Catalina Island nestled on the horizon. Designed for comfort, the custom decor includes an adjustable 'Sleep Number' King Bed, Egyptian cotton linens, sitting area, marble fireplace, and home theater system with DirecTV, HBO, Cinemax, XM Radio, and DVD. The room is entered from a wide, airy hallway and an open, circular staircase wherein an impressive photograph gallery of 'Old Balboa' is displayed. Large windows and skylights throughout the home create a sunny ambiance.
The Master Bathroom includes cut-glass windows above a cast-iron jacuzzi tub that allow for plenty of light and privacy, and the marble walk-in steam shower is an additional luxury. Double sinks, custom-built cabinets, Egyptian cotton towels, and a built-in sound system for musical enjoyment are all included in the Master Bath area, which is located directly off of the Master Bedroom.
The Guest Bedrooms, with views of Newport Harbor, Balboa Island, Fashion Island and the San Bernardino Mountains, feature French doors that open to a double balcony. Custom decor offers supreme-quality Beautyrest Beds, Egyptian cotton linens, nautical antiques, TVs with DirecTV, HBO, Cinemax, and XM Radio, and a workstation with wireless Internet access, printer, and fax.
The Guest Bathroom is quite spacious with a custom-designed, walk-in shower. A large, cut-glass window brightens the room, and custom wall tile adds to its charm. Plush towels are available for use in the bathroom linen cabinet. The Guest Bath is located close to both guest rooms on the second floor.
The Powder Room, which is located across from the laundry room on the first floor, is also nicely decorated with Kohler fixtures.
All bedding amenities, including Egyptian cotton linens and towels, and initial supplies of hand soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, laundry soap, and spices, are provided.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen provides almost every conceivable kitchen accessory - perfect for cooking and dining in. All serving pieces, including dishes, glasses, wine glasses and silverware, are provided for your convenience.
