This beautiful beachfront home is comfortably satisfying for large groups or families. Each room has its own television, dresser/closet, and private bathroom. There is one common bathroom located in the main part of the house. There is ample sitting available in the Living Room with a 48" screen TV. The spacious, open dining room and living room both have large windows for viewing out to the ocean and beach. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, as well as a bar opening up to the dining room.
Outside, there is a covered deck suitable for outdoor dining and socializing. For your convenience, an outside shower is there to rinse the sand and cool off from the sun. There is a large yard that is secured from the street with a private, electric gate. The yard is adorned with large bird of paradise, large traveling palm, rare hibiscus flowers, plumeria trees and much much more! Enjoy the private beach access as you walk through a short, sand trail surrounded by Beach Naupaka. (I counted 26 paces from gate to beach.... )
A Planitarium Jacuzzi awaits you, complete with multi-color lighting, radio, cd player and numberous jets to ease your tired muscles from playing in the ocean. Be sure to rinse off in the outside shower before entering. The beach in front of the house is more than just beautiful. There are no rocks or coral reefs to stub your toes on while swimming. The reef break is further out in the ocean that shields the big waves from crashing on the shore. On a clear day, you can see Maui and Molokai--just off to the right, behind rabbit island. Turn around and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding mountains.
The Master Bedroom and Bath
Located on the second floor of the house, the large windows and glass doors in this room provide the best view of the beach and ocean. Take a walk out on the lanai to view the surrounding Kalalau Mountains. The bathroom has a shower and separate full-size tub, toilet/bidet, and ocean views. The room is furnished with a king size bed and cable TV. Truly fit for a royal couple.
The Garden Room
This room has a separate entrance into the yard and opens up to the beautiful hibiscus and fragrant gingers. It is quite a large room with a queen size bed and sleeper sofa. The floor is adorned with pink spanish tiles. Enjoy the barbie dreamhouse jetted bath/shower.
The Bunk Room
This spacious room has beautiful wood floors and large windows looking out on the yard and mountains. There are four single beds, a sofa sleeper bed, and one large, King-size soft waterbed with tubes inside & pillow-top. There is an open sitting area consisting of three sofas, coffee table and cable television. This room is perfect for kids.
The Ocean Room
This room has its own private beach access, and small patio. The floor is adorned with beautiful blue tiles. Sleep like a queen on the queen-sized bed, as the sound of the ocean sings you to sleep. There is also a loveseat, cable TV, and air conditioning.
Free Long Distance calling anywhere in the United States and Canada. Calling cards may be purchased and used on the house phone. Enjoy a late night dip in the hottub, family BBQ or body boarding.
