Please come and enjoy this brand new luxury resort located on Waipouli Beach in Kapaa on Kauai's East side also known as the Coconut Coast. The resort is centrally located to all activities on the island. This elegant, spacious two bedroom, three bath unit is exquisitely decorated with tasteful designer furniture. Each bedroom has a King "Heavenly Bed" complete with high thread count linens, 100% down pillows to enhance your sleep. The bathrooms have large soaking bathtubs plus showers and Peruvian surround granite counter tops. There is also a full sized washer and dryer.

The kitchen is a gourmet's delight. Some of the amenities include: Sub Zero refrigerator, Fisher-Paykel dishwasher, Wolf oven and cooktop, African mahogany cabinets with granite countertops. Dine inside or on your ample sized lanai which partial ocean and mountain views. The living room has a 42" flat panel wall mounted TV for your enjoyment. To add to your comfort, the unit is equipped with central air-conditioning and WIFI. There is an elevator to your room.

Reservations/Deposit/Payments
A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation.

Two night's deposit is non refundable. The balance of the rental fee, plus the cleaning fee and taxes are due in full 90 days prior to check in for high season rentals.

Balance due 60 days prior for low and mid season reservations Personal checks, wires, line of credit checks, or cash or travellers checks accepted. Credit cards are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy
The two night deposit required to reserve the rental is non-refundable should you need to cancel for any reason.

Cancellations made less than 90/60, depending on season, days prior to arrival date will be refunded less the two-night deposit if we are able to re-book the accommodation.
