This unique gentlemen’s country estate is located in the hills above Kapaa. It is only four miles to several beautiful beaches and an assortment of many fine restaurants. The location is only 15 minutes from the airport and centrally located. The most discriminating traveler will find that this vacation home answers all of their needs.

The home sits on three beautiful acres and enjoys 360-degree views from all areas. On one side you enjoy a distant ocean view, yet another overlooks the legendary “Sleeping Giant” mountain range. After a night of showers, you can see many waterfalls on Makalea Mountain and lastly the whole property is centered around the free form swimming pool for your pleasure. The home has four bedrooms each with a luxurious King bed, three bathrooms and private covered lanais.

There is a fully equipped open gourmet kitchen, which opens to living room/dining and pool area. The living room has Brazilian cherry wood floors and a large flat panel TV. The home is two stories, with one bedroom on main floor and others upstairs, which affords a great deal of privacy for a family. There is a gas BBQ by the pool and a washer/dryer. We are available for any questions and hope to assist to make your holiday on the Garden Island memorable.

Reservations/Deposit/Payments
A 50% deposit is required, of which two nights are non-refundable to make a reservation.

The balance of the rental fee, plus the cleaning fee and taxes are due in full 60 days low and mid season, 90 days high season, prior to check in.

Personal checks, wire transfers or travellers checks accepted. Credit card line of credit checks are also acceptable. Credit cards are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy
The two night deposit required to reserve the rental is non-refundable should you need to cancel for any reason.

Cancellations made less than 60/90 days prior to arrival date will be refunded less the two-night deposit if we are able to re-book the accommodation.
