This completely renovated condo is on one of the top floors and overlooks pristine saltwater marshes and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. When you step out onto our balcony you had better be prepared for some of the most breathtaking, panoramic views on the entire island.
Our condo includes crown moldings throughout, Pergo floors, a stone countertop and ceiling fans. Every gadget and appliance is included, as well. Condo amenities are just steps away from our unit's door. The swimming pool is right downstairs, with a casual restaurant and convenience store right alongside.
The boardwalk to the beach is also just outside and has a beach cabana and a snack bar at the end of it -- right on the ocean! The golf course is right next door, and we have six lighted tennis courts on-site. Bike trails abound out front and lead all over the island. The grocery store, restaurants, and Sheltercove Marina are all less than one mile away.
We are located mid-Island, just north of Palmetto Dunes, along Singleton Beach. We are near great shopping, dining, golf, and all that Hilton Head has to offer! You can walk to the sandy beach on beautiful Atlantic Ocean via the Resort's private boardwalk. Bike trails begin at the front of our Resort and go all over the Island.
There are three pools on property, including an indoor heated one. On property, you will also find 6 tennis courts (no additional fees), a hot tub, sauna, steam room, racquetball court, fitness equipment, indoor running track, and kiddie pool. Other amenities include a poolside restaurant/convenience store and a beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk that serves food and drinks right on the beach. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby, as well as many golf courses and a miniature golf course!
