The huge gourmet kitchen is a cooks delight with granite counter tops and professional appliances plus a breakfast nook. There is a fully equipped laundry.

The home has four bedrooms and three and a half baths. Three of the bedrooms have a luxurious king bed with high thread count linens. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The balance of the rental fee, plus the cleaning fee and taxes are due in full 60/90 days, low/high season, prior to check in.

Cancellation Policy
The two night deposit required to reserve the rental is non-refundable should you need to cancel for any reason.

Cancellations made less than 60/90 days, low/high seasons, prior to arrival date will be refunded less the two-night deposit if we are able to re-book the accommodation.
