Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom plus den home is located in the popular family neighborhood of Summer's Edge in Seagrove Beach, Florida. We are a bike ride away from Seaside and our home is located on the beach side of 30-A. We are 100-125 yards from the sugary white beaches, our neighborhood's private beach access and one of two community pools, with one pool heated during the winter months.
"Beachy Keen" is perfect for a family reunion, a group of friends getting together, a family enjoying time together or a husband and wife searching for that quite time away.
Upstairs, you will find a stunning master suite with a king size bed, private bath and access to a screened in porch with a porch swing and dining table for that early morning coffee or quite dinner. Also on the second floor is a second den, perfect for the kids. There is a queen size sleeper sofa, 27" TV with DVD/VCR and Playstation 2. The kids will enjoy the third master suite, also on the 2nd floor. Featured in this bedroom are 2 sets of bunk beds with 2 trundles with its own private bath.
