| Darling 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with 2 car attached garage located in the beautiful community of Sea Cliff about 1/4 mile from the beach. Our home is fully furnished, on a quiet culdesac street and ready for your enjoyment. You may never want to leave Sea Cliff with so much to do.
There are 2 pools & jacuzzis, 2 lighted tennis courts, ping-pong table and clubhouse with card tables, games & books. You may also choose to walk on the paseos along the lakes where you will see ducks, fish and colorful waterlillys or you could jusk kick back in your own backyard on the patio which overlooks one of the beautiful lakes and water fountains.
If fun at the beach is what you're looking for walk or drive to many great beaches for boggie boarding, surfing, swimming, volleyball or long walks along the beautiful shoreline.
Looking to golf? You could tee off at Carlsbad's newest course, The Crossings or Aviara. A couple of miles away from La Costa and Torrey Pines.
You are also minutes away from Legoland, Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and Del Mar Race Track. Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are approx. 1 hr. north.
If you're a sports fan you could catch a Padre's or Charger's game in San Diego. If you would rather take the commuter train to San Diego or Orange County the station is about a 10 minute walk.
Make sure you take time to walk or ride around Carlsbad Village for great resturants and shopping. We have some menus in kitchen drawer. There are 2 bikes if you feel like cruising around beautiful Carlsbad. Please lock up bikes if parked.
The weather is delightful year-round.

Due Immediately Upon Reservation
Reservation Deposit of $500.00. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit and rental agreement.
There is a $300.00 refundable damage deposit and a $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
Remainder of your total charges/fees are due 30 days prior to your arrival. If arrival is less than 30 days all funds/fees are due immediately. Payable by cashiers check or money order.
Pet Policy
One small pet under 50 pounds allowed if disclosed on rental agreement and an extra $200 damage fees collected prior to time of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If either party cancels the reservation on or before 30 days prior to your confirmed arrival date, we will gladly refund your reservation deposit in full.
If you cancel within 30 days of your confirmed arrival date, we will refund your cleaning deposit and damage deposit; but we reserve the rights to keep the weekly rental amount.
If we are able to re-book the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate.
Monthly low season is $4,200, monthly high season is $4,800
