Newly renovated, Cliffside has a modern kitchen with gas range, two ovens, and all stainless appliances in the kitchen.
The living area is large and enjoys views to the pacific. The living area flows with the kitchen and huge outdoor patio area (with plunge pool on second floor) which makes this home the ULTIMATE for those who like to entertain and show off.
In the main living area, large panoramic windows or sliding glass doors let the view of the ocean right into the home.
6 Bedrooms (two on main floor and 4 downstairs) sleep 12 comfortably. The downstairs of the home has an outdoor hallway with glass doors into each room. This enables all guests to have a private entrance to their room, much like a small hotel.
There is a TV room and a stereo to keep you entertained inside the house. There is cable tv, as well as Satellite TV. The house has high speed wireless internet, a fax machine and a cordless phone, too.

| Bedrooms: 6 Bedrooms total. The main floor has a master with king bed, and guest room with queen bed. Downstairs has a master with king bed, two guest rooms with queen beds, and another guest room with two twin beds. All beds have lush pillows, fine bed linens, and comfy matresses.
Each bedroom downstairs has its own private entrance. All Bedrooms have overhead fans.
Bathrooms: 4.5 Bathrooms total. The main floor has full baths for each bedroom and a half bath for guests. Downstairs, each bedroom connects to a bathroom (each bathroom downstairs is shared by two bedrooms)
Kitchen: Gourmet kitchen- open concept with 5 stool bar area. Two stainless over/under convection ovens. Stainless gas range. Stainless fridge with icemaker, and dishwasher. Temperature controlled stainless wine fridge. Blenders, frozen drink machines, pots, pans, plates and glasses all supplied. Sliding glass doors with ocean view.
Dining Room: Main dining table seats 8. Plenty of extra seating at bar and living room tables. Open concept with kitchen and living room. Overhead fans. Large windows with ocean view.
TV Room: Wrap around sofa, color TV with BOTH cable and satellite. (NFL Package included), VCR and movies. Overhead fan.
Living Room: Wide open and big. Panoramic windows overlook the ocean. Sofa, coffee tables, several reading chairs, lamps. Book case full of books. Overhead fans. Large windows and glass doors with ocean view.
Outdoor/Covered Terrace: Sliding glass doors open from diningroom/kitchen to covered terrace. Overhead fans, infinity edge plunge pool, wrap around sofa, breakfast table and chairs for four. Telescope for stars or whale watching. Gas barbecue/grill. Panoramic open air views of the ocean.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All towels, linens and household supplies are included. Daily maid service is included, Monday-Friday. Weekend service can be arranged if desired. Laundry area has washer and dryer.
Internet and fun stuff: Full Bar supplies, board games and puzzles, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, rafts, stereo with ipod plug, many books, High speed wireless internet, fax machine, and cordless phone.
