Once again, we have one-of-the best direct beach front rentals.

This wonderful home is located directly on the beach with 2,200 square feet of air conditioned living space and another 1,000 square feet of outside decks on the ocean. The home is due East of Orlando and takes between 30-40 minutes to drive there from the airport in Orlando. The home is a two-story home with three large bedrooms, a kitchen, a large family room and dining room all with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The entire downstairs is two large bedrooms with a private bath with private patio doors leading to the ocean and the upstairs has a very large beautiful master bedroom with private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The family room also has a large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean where you can either watch a DVD, Video Tape on TV, surf the Net on the home's computer, or sip those wonderful Margaritas while you watch the ships cruise into the port or those wonderful dolphins jumping in the surf. The wrap-around sofa is also a sleeper and can accommodate two adults and the ends also electrically open up into a recliner.

This beach front home comes complete with professional surf boards, boogie boards, (all kinds of beach toys for the kids) chairs, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and etc.

The entire beach in Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral was just given a gorgeous facelift this past year with tons and tons of new sand added for your pleasure.

Being centrally located you can either walk down the beach to some of the best restaurants on the Pier in Cocoa Beach or walk directly to the Port in Cape Canaveral.

If you're lucky and visit during one of the launches, you can just sit on your deck for one of the best views available today!!!!

1. Booking
A. Submit the dates requested to Sandi Trudeau by either telephone or e-mail
(please keep in mind that rental period is Saturday 1pm to Saturday 9am)
B. Availability for the period requested will be confirmed by Sandi Trudeau
C. You must confirm to Sandi Trudeau that you will book the period.

2. Payment Schedule
A. Immediately upon your confirmation you must mail a $500/$1000 deposit check
(which will also serve as a security deposit to Sandi Trudeau.)

3. Check-in/Check-out
Check-in: 1 p.m.(or after)
Check-out: 9 a.m. (Non-Smoking home)

This is strictly enforced so that our cleaning crew will have time to service the home.

4. Security Deposit
Please note: Neither home is considered "reserved" for you until the deposit is received by us.

Upon receiving the $500/$1000 security deposit, Sandi will mail out the contract for your signature. The signed contract must be received by Sandi Trudeau in ten business days to hold the rental property.

5. Cancellation Terms
4 + Weeks - 100% return of deposit & rental
3-4 Weeks - 50% of deposit & rental retained
2 Weeks - 75% of deposit & rental retained
1 Week - 100% of deposit & rental retained
$ 500/$1000 security deposit
(returned 3 business days after your stay)
