| Luxury accommodations and amenities will provide the retreat you need when you return from a long day of activities. Poipu Vista is a wonderful place to relax and luxuriate, whether it is on the wrap-around lanai listening to the waves as they lap at the shores of nearby Baby Beach, or in one of the bedroom suites.
Two Master King suites, as well as an additional Queen bedroom, will give you all the privacy and comfort you would expect in a luxury destination like Poipu.
The house offers a fully equipped gourmet kitchen for all your cooking desires. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you could ever need, including a salad spinner, rice cooker, and diswasher soap. Additionally, there is a gas grill for outdoor cooking that is located on the expansive wrap around deck. The deck features teak chaise lounges, an outdoor dining table, and ceiling fans. The wrap around deck is completely covered so you can enjoy the outdoors, even if the weather is not bright and sunny.
Housekeeping is available (for an additional fee) should you wish to schedule the service during your stay.
A large laundry room with a laundry shoot from the master bedroom is located next to an outdoor Hot and Cold shower area for rinsing off after the beach days. And for those days at the beach, there are plenty of linens provided, including beach towels, bed linens (for all the beds), and bath and kitchen towels.
The house includes two driveway parking spots, as well as two additional off street parking spots for extra cars.
Just a few short steps from the house is one of the greatest beaches in all the world. You will see and hear the waves from the bedroom even before you visit the beach itself. You will also have a fantastic view of the mountains surrounding Poipu from the front of the house.
World class events such as the Grand Slam of Golf, take place just a mile from the house at the famous Poipu Bay Golf Course. Located within that same mile is another golf course, Kiahuna Golf Course, which is another great place to practice your swing and enjoy yourself. World class restaurants, some a short walk from the house, await you for those nights you wish to dine out. Nearby places include Roy's, the Beach House, and Joe's on the Green.
Less than a block away is the beloved Baby Beach, where children as well as adults can venture into the ocean with the protection of a natural breakwater, and a calm, sandy beach.

All pricing and terms of rental for homes in Hawaii are determined by the individual vendor/owner and are subject to change. Please confirm pricing prior to making your travel plans. We recommend CSA Travel Insurance, International. Our guests can be provided coverage for a small premium which can go a great way to easing your mind regarding sudden illness or changes in your intinerary. Please inquire about special pricing reductions available on occupancies within seven days of occupancy. If a smaller occupancy is requested and is available, some homes during low season may offer lower rates and reduced cleaning fees. Acceptable Method of Payment: Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, JBC, Carte Blanche, and Wire Transfers. We do not accept personal checks. Applicable Taxes: All reservations are subject to Hawaii State General Excise and Accommodations combined tax rates of 11.44-11.99% as required by island. For a stay that crosses seasonal boundaries, the rent will be pro-rated. General Policies All confirmations must include a 50% deposit to make a reservation and pay the full balance for the vacation rental within 90 to 60 days of arrival depending on the rental season. Cancellation after a vacation rental confirmation is issued results in forfeiture of any collected money, except the guest's security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable). We adhere to Hawaii State law as it applies to vacation rental licensing length of stay requirements. Some properties may only be available for 30 days plus in order to maintain compliance. Our primary resource of homes are those privately owned and managed by the owners themselves. Therefore a higher quality of accommodation, cleanliness, and upgrades are afforded our guests. Holding Your Reservation: Upon receipt of a complete reservation request with valid credit card number, we will hold the dates you requested for up to 7 days while awaiting receipt of a deposit. If the required deposit is not received, the reservation will be canceled and the room will be released. Please see below for further information on deposits. Early Booking Reduction: Take a 5% discount for any reservation made more than 9 months before date of arrival. To qualify, the rent must be paid in full 6 months before date of arrival. It is acceptable to take the "Early Payment Discount" and the "Early Booking Discount" for a total discount of 10%. If either discount is taken, the rent becomes non-refundable. If the discount is not taken, then standard cancellation, change, and refund policies apply. This discount is only available for payments by certified check or money order. Last Minute Booking Reduction: Take a 25% discount if the unit is booked less than 7 days before arrival. This discount is only available for payments by certified check or money order. Early Payment Reduction: Take a 5% discount if you pay in full at time of booking. To qualify, reservation must be made more than 9 months before date of arrival and payment in full must be received no later than 14 days after date of reservation. It is acceptable to take the "Early Payment Discount" and the "Early Booking Discount" for a total discount of 10%. If either discount is taken, the rent becomes non-refundable. If the discount is not taken, then standard cancellation, change, and refund policies apply. Tax: Hawaii State Sales Tax of 11.42% will be added to the rent. This tax rate is subject to change without notice. This discount is only available for payments by certified check or money order. Deposit, Reservation, Confirmation: A deposit of 50% of the rent for your stay will be required to confirm your reservations. Of this deposit, the first $500 is a security deposit. It is separate from the rent, and will be refunded to you by mail (less any fees described below) 4 weeks after you leave. If, upon check-out, no damage is noted, Hawaiian Rental Vacations will endeavor to return your deposit balance within 14 days. Deducted from the deposit will be cleaning and/or housekeeping charges for extra cleaning services, and the cost to repair any damage that is more than normal wear and tear. A major credit card is also required as security. In the event that the security deposit is not sufficient to cover damages. Reservations are not guaranteed until the pre-payment is received. Payment in Full Due: For reservations during low season, payment in full must be received no later than 30 days before the date of arrival. Reservations will be canceled and the room will be released if payment in full is not received at least 30 days before arrival. For reservations during high season, payment in full must be received no later than 60 days before the date of arrival. Reservations will be canceled and the room will be released if payment in full is not received at least 60 days before arrival. For reservations during peak season, payment in full must be received no later than 90 days before the date of arrival. Reservations will be canceled and the room will be released if payment in full is not received at least 90 days before arrival. If a reservation is canceled because the payment is not received on time, it is treated as a cancellation. In this case, the cancellation policies described below will apply. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a reservation and receive a partial refund under certain circumstances. A $100.00 Administrative fee will be charged. Any cancellation for low season bookings prior to 90 days from the scheduled arrival date will be refunded 100% minus the $100 Administrative fee. Any cancellation during high or peak season prior to 90 days of the scheduled arrival date will have a 100% refund minus the $100 Administrative fee. Within 90 days a refund will only be made if the days can be rebooked. Only the exact days rebooked will be refunded. In addition, any credit card processing fees to process the initial deposit, and refund any eligible portion of said deposit, will also be charged i.e. 2.9% of Visa/Master Card and 3.5% American Express are examples, but exact amounts are dependent upon rates in place at the time of cancellation. Change Policy: You may change a reservation under certain circumstances. Any request to change the date of arrival or date of departure is subject to availability. Low Season - You may change the date of arrival or date of departure for a low season reservation if the dates are changed more than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival. If a reservation occurs during low season and high season, it is a high season reservation. A $75 change fee will be charged to change a low season reservation. Subject to space availability, it is permissible to increase the duration of stay with short notice, but it is not permissible to decrease the duration of stay or change the dates of stay unless more than 30 days notice is given. If you wish to decrease the duration of stay or change the dates of stay within 30 days of the scheduled date of arrival, the initial reservation must be canceled the cancellation policies described above will apply. High Season - You may change the date of arrival or date of departure for a high season reservation if the dates are changed more than 60 days before the scheduled date of arrival. If a reservation occurs during high season and peak season, it is a peak season reservation. If a reservation occurs during high season and low season, it is a high season reservation. A $100 change fee will be charged to change a high season reservation. If a reservation occurs during both peak and high season, it is considered to be a peak season reservation. Check-In and Check-Out Time: Check-in time is 4:00PM on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10:00AM on the day of departure. Check-outs beyond 10:00AM are subject to penalties. Smoking: No Smoking inside the units, please! For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, our rooms are NON SMOKING. We respectfully request that you smoke outside the unit. Keys: Keys are available for pick-up at the unit. Lock-box combination and maps will be issued upon final confirmation, by email or fax. Disclaimers Accommodations: The information, while deemed reliable, is not guaranteed. Homes offered for rental are individually & privately owned, and reflect the tastes of each owner. Distances to the beach are approximate. Every effort has been made to assure accurate descriptions. Changes in inventory or items and/or decor occur from time to time and such changes will not void or alter the terms of the rental agreement. Security of the Home and Rental Equipment: When you lease the home, you assume full responsibility for it and its contents, as well as your personal property. Always lock the doors and windows when you leave. Lock your automobiles and put away any rental equipment. Any use of rented equipment by the Guests is strictly at your own risk, liability and could cause you to incur additional expenses. Occupancy: This is restricted to the number of guests as described. Any use of the home other than strictly family vacation purposes is restricted. We normally do not allow weddings, receptions, parties or functions held on the property unless by prior arrangement at the time of booking. Please ask at the time of booking if the home allows such functions. Cleaning: Your home will be expertly cleaned prior to your arrival, and again after your departure. Excessive departure cleaning, if necessary, will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card. Maintenance and Repairs: We make ever effort to ensure that all equipment is in working order. In the event of a breakdown, we will strive to effect repairs as soon as possible after being notified of a problem. We cannot guarantee that spas, air conditioners, televisions, appliances, high speed internet access, etc. will not break down during your stay and therefore, no refunds or adjustments will be made for mechanical failure. Furthermore, there will be no refunds or adjustments made for any other unexpected situation beyond our control such as bugs, rodents, roosters, weather and other similar acts of God or Nature. * A credit card number is required for all reservations. * All condominiums and homes are designated as non-smoking and do not allow pets. Violation of this will result in a detoxification charge equal to one night's rent. * Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice. * Any interest earned on security deposits will be retained by Hawaiian Rental Vacations. * Your security deposit and/or credit card will be charged for any damage, loss, excessive cleaning or any unpaid rent resulting from your stay. * Upon Departures, follow specific instructions on your "arrival letter" for key return. There will be $25 fee charged to your credit card for lost or unreturned keys.
