Payment of 35% of total gross rental amount must be received before a confirmation will be issued. Final payment of the remaining 65% must be received no later than 45 days prior to arrival.

In addition to rental charges, properties also require a $39 fee for the Security Deposit Protection Plan. This protection plan covers you for up to $3000 of reported accidental damages.

Trip cancellation service offered through CSA Travel Protection is available. There will be no refunds given for early departure.
