Additional Guests
Each additional guest, beyond the first two people, costs $30 per night. The house has a capacity to sleep six (6) individuals. Christmas to New Year's period starts at $525 for two people
Preference is given to size of party and length of stay.

Deposit
50% deposit required to secure the reservation. Remaining 50% due one month prior to arrival

Cancellation & Return Policy
Payment returned minus 10% handling charge if rerented to another party.
