A maximum of 40 people can gather at once on the grounds.
This 10 bedroom beach property is divided into two buildings, the front
building with a seven bedroom and four bathrooms, second building with three bedroom two bathroom and the courtyard which can be used for family barbeques or intimate gatherings. Brand new renovation. The front building is decorated with girls in mind-bright sherbet colors and white furnishings. The back house is for the boys with a Tommy Bahama theme for the annual golf and fishing trip. The front and back building with its own full kitchen, dining room and family room. These two are connected by a courtyard that will fit up to 40 people, perfect for family reunions, receptions and BBQs. The courtyard is filled with tables and chairs, perfect setting for a family hangout. Courtyard also comes with a 2,200 gallon spa that functions like a pool. There is also a public pool and brand new tennis courts a short walk from the property. Bring your boat; we are within a walking distance from the public boat ramp. The trolley stops right by the property and its available all around Clearwater Beach to Redington Beach.
